Tennisnuts Arvostelua

Purchased an item on the website and very pleased with the item received, with a swift delivery process, good value for quality!

I really liked being able to speak to a human being who could give me advice on which grip size to buy for my racket. I haven't played in 30 years and things are different now so speaking to a real person was the reason why I used tennisnuts.

Fast efficient, warm polite customer contact

Delivery was very quick - I had my purchase within 72 hours. Tennis shoes are fantastic.

Good racket,good price,good service

Highly recommend

I bought tennis balls at a reasonable price from Tennisnuts and they were delivered free of charge in just two days. So I'm completely satisfied.

Great price & quick delivery for quality gear.

Delivered within 24 hours of ordering

Great products, delivered to your door. Thank you!

My experience with the TennisNuts customer service team has been one of the worst I've ever had online.

I've been a repeat customer, having previously purchased a racket from them at a great price, which is what brought me back for a second purchase. Unfortunately, this time my experience was completely different.

Although my order confirmation email clearly showed my correct delivery address, my package was sent to a completely different address. While mistakes can happen, what was truly disappointing was how the situation was handled. At no point did customer service acknowledge the error, and despite promising on three separate occasions to send me email updates, I never received a single one.

Instead, I had to call customer service around five times just to ask for updates, only to receive no meaningful information. On two occasions, I was told I couldn't be transferred to a supervisor because she was "on her lunch break" - the second time at around 3:40 p.m. - which felt like an excuse rather than a genuine reason.

I made every effort to resolve the issue cooperatively, waiting weeks and even contacting the logistics carrier myself despite the fact that I had done nothing wrong. After two weeks with no meaningful communication, no ownership of the mistake, and no resolution in sight, I had no choice but to dispute the transaction through my credit card provider. I then purchased the same product from another retailer, unfortunately at a higher price.

Overall, TennisNuts offers competitive prices and fast shipping when everything goes smoothly. However, if something goes wrong with your order, my experience suggests that customer support may fall well short of the standard you would expect. I never do reviews online but I felt compelled to write this one and I hope it helps customers and the store to improve their subpar customer service.

Efficient and good product

Great range, great prices and delivery faster than expected.

Great service product delivered on time 5 stars

The order was shipped as described & tracking was straightforward. I was able to redirect to a local pick-up centre without problem.

I ordered tennis shoes size 6 and got size 4. I made contant with the company and asked it to be refunded. after answering I couldn't return the wrong item since I'm no longer in the UK I haven't got a reply.

Ordering on website had problems so had to place via phone.
Delivery delayed due courier problem
Otherwise all good

Brilliant product and speedy delivery

Provide a great selection of tennis gear at competitive prices. Simple to order and pay online. Great to get a discount on an already good value price when you buy a gross of balls. Also invested in a new pair of shoes suitable for grass/astro courts - great guidance on which grip patterns are best for each court surface. Everything was delivered within a couple of days and no delivery costs.

Things didn't work on the Web so I phoned up and was walked through things by a lovely young lady who really helped.
