SCAM COMPANY
I haven't used this company for several years. Decided to order a racket. Since then, I've received literally hundreds of emails from them, and obviously they sold my email address. I also get requests to write a review--several times a day. So I'm going to keep doing it until they apologize and fix this.
They write below that they didn't sell my email address. But don't explain where all these emails are coming from that read they are from tennis express.com
----
10 days later, and I am still receiving emails every day that ask me to review the company. How many more times do you want me to write how angry I am about you taking my emails and selling them to other companies? I am now receiving emails from tennis express on 3 different email addresses. AND Pickleball sites. I hate pickleball.

We’re very sorry for the frustration this experience has caused, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
We want to clarify that Tennis Express does not sell our customers’ email addresses to third parties. We understand, however, how receiving an excessive number of emails—especially repeated review requests—can be extremely frustrating.
Our Customer Care team would like the opportunity to look into your account, review your communication preferences, and ensure any unwanted Tennis Express marketing communications are stopped. Please reach out to Tyler directly at Tyler@tennisexpress.com with your order information so we can assist you.
