Really enjoyed speaking to your employee who offered me the best price for my Hepatica. Appreciated the opportunity to receive the package in a timely manner for me. Product was nicely packaged and moist when delivered. Planted it and look forward to seeing beautiful flowers in my garden.

I didn't read the description carefully. It was wayyyyy more moss than I expected. Still, it supported a lot of my projects. Very strong, very healthy moss. Very resilient too.

You did what you said you would do, on time, with what appears to be a good product.

I ordered 3-4 foot apricot trees. Def not like the picture. They were 2 foot stems. The blackberry bushes I bought were taller.

My order was shipped timely and arrived in good condition, as expected.

My walnut trees were delivered yesterday and I planted half of them today. They looked to be healthy and in good condition and were delivered on time.

They scammed me. They cancelled my order (their choice) and did not refund the full purchase price.

The company runs two websites. Tennessee nursery, and Tennessee wholesale nursery. One website has 5 days to file for issues with your order the other has 24 hours. Ordered 100 trees and when they arrived they mostly looked dead with very few showing green. This was slightly alarming as they were cedars which were evergreens. Followed soaking instructions and did scratch tests like they wanted and attempted to contact customer service about the order where I was kindly told that since I was attempting to inform them a few hours beyond the 24 hour window, that nothing could be done. It’s now been several weeks and the trees, which I did go ahead and plant just to see if any would live, are still dead. Out of the 100 I ordered maybe 18 total actually show any signs of life. Overall wouldn’t recommend buying from this company. Also I will not respond to any replies this company has about how this review must be wrong and they have this that or the other evidence to prove it, wasted my time with dead trees and then sent a survey email. LMAO HERE YA GO NERDS!

I was very pleased with my Virginia creepers! They all leaft out and your company sent me several more than I ordered just in case which was really kind ! Thank you very much and I look forward to seeing how quickly my vines takeoff and in the fall, turn their beautiful colors ! Thank you again !

The customer service was good when I wanted to change my order. Plants came when promised and were wrapped well to preserve root moisture. Plants appear healthy and a good value. Hopefully they survive as we are planting PA woodlands to enhance our hunting property. We were very pleased with the root health and the quality of your products. I would’ve given a five but the delivery was not smooth. I happened to be off the day of delivery but if I wasn’t, UPS wouldn’t have delivered. I was dealing with a pet emergency and wasn’t sure I’d be able to be home for the delivery window. I called to see if I could get a waiver for the signature, and explained my dog’s situation, and that I might need to take him to the vet during the given time window. The operator at the nursery told me that anything over $250? requires a signature and was told to call UPS and maybe they’d waive the signature. She acknowledged my predicament, but didn’t tell me who had the ability to waive the signature. I would’ve gladly assumed all risk of theft as I was in a spot. I therefore thought it was a UPS policy. I did call UPS and was told by them that the seller requires a signature. So who’s policy is it? I still don’t know. Talking to the delivery driver he mentioned UPS my choice but from i saw, the electronic signature was not available because the seller requires a signature. I would have gladly assumed all risk as I had a dying pet I was dealing with. I’m not sure how to avoid this other than to always make sure my order is below the minimum which won’t help your business. I can’t take days off to accept delivery and don’t plan on driving to the UPS warehouse for failure of delivery notices. If this can be worked out, I will definitely order again as we have a lot of acreage to enhance.

I can't figure out the price of and your stupid program want let me say kitty willows and how many of what I bought. Black willow? How many?

I paid 63 dollars for 25 plants and the day they arrived and I looked for planting instructions they cost 42 dollars. Hmmmmm.

Running cedar were healthy. Blue bells were shall see how many sprout ....

Update... running cedar died within a day. Learned after the fact that you should never try and replant them. It doesn't work based on experts.
