I had a great experience with Temple and Grace, especially because of Joseph’s customer service. They were able to meet our tight deadline of getting a ring made for my fiancée before we went on holiday and Joseph went above and beyond throughout. We really like their variety of ring designs for men and will be using them again to make our wedding bands. I would highly recommend them for anyone wanting a more boutique service at affordable price.

Ordered my ring 2 months ago, still hasn't turned up, and they have gone quiet for the last month. I have tried email and WhatsApp

Text replies were not prompt. The stone I was offered was of very poor quality & they never got around to tracking down a better one. My email went to the wrong folder - as if I have control over that - &, so, were ignored for over a month until I prompted them.

Bought my stunning gents platinum and diamond wedding ring from temple and grace (Australian company) but via their uk website, as I couldn’t find anything like it anywhere else in the world. It’s a truly unique and stunning piece of jewellery. Researched the company (as not currently uk based) and decided to purchase, as it’s the only design I wanted after seeing it online. It arrived some weeks later and was exactly as per the pictures. Had a slight issue with the fit, but Twisha (on a business trip to the uk whilst looking for a store site to open in London) personally visited my house in Milton Keynes to collect the ring!! Few weeks later after it was revised at the workshop and it’s back as promised and now it’s a perfect fit. Totally recommend her and the company. Uk store opening soon I believe. Will be definitely buying again. Also the jewellery is lifetime guaranteed, they will re polish it or replace any diamonds if they ever fall out etc and even resize it free of charge

I recently stumbled upon the temple and grace website and approached Twisha to make me a blue sapphire cocktail ring. She was absolutely wonderful to work with- very responsive by phone and email, and very keen to make sure the design was exactly what I wanted. The result is absolutely stunning, and the attention to detail is clearly treasure this ring for many years to come.

I exchanged the original ring we ordered as it was a little too big; Nancy at Temple & Grace was extremely helpful throughout this process and gave us fantastic service. The ring we received was perfect and arrived promptly as promised. Tracking details were also provided before it was sent. Great service.

If I could scored minus stars, I would. Easily the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of being foolish enough to buy from.
Bought a wedding ring that should have taken 3 weeks to arrive. After almost 2 months it eventually arrived, wrong size. I emailed, called and no answer. Finally they answer from no where saying return it and they will send me a new one at the correct size....send the wrong size again. After almost another month I still have had no reply when I have asked for a refund. I have no idea why I didn't check the reviews before I bought. But please avoid!

I wouldn’t even score this a 1. Do not purchase from this company. I wish I had looked at the reviews on the company and not just the product as I have had nothing but trouble since ordering a wedding ring at the beginning of jan. I initially wasn’t sent confirmation so had to chase despite them taking payment and then I have had to chase and chase asking where the product is. They claimed to not have received confirmation of the ring size and then needed to check my address, all of which has been sent and some information would have been contained in the original order. I have spent hours following up, no one answers the phone and it was only when I requested a refund that they said my order was being processed and would be with me by the end of feb. Well guess what it’s the 29th feb and still no ring, no confirmation on a delivery date so now having to try and get my money back. Truly awful service and will never use or recommend. Just glad I didn’t order the other ring from here aswell

I had a consultation booked with them over zoom, no link was sent and I was left waiting for nothing. I also reached out to them and was ignored on multiple occasions so I’m not going to waste any more of my time on them

Very happy with my wedding ring. High quality item that looks amazing. Buyer tip: Make sure you do use their ring sizer as my finger came up a size smaller than usual.

We bought a ring from Temple and Grace for my husbands wedding ring. The ring arrived and we were very happy with it, however, we soon discovered that the gold started to tarnish. We contacted the company to get a replacement which they appeared happy to do, however the communication was awful and when we finally received a replacement, this too started to tarnish. We then had months of trying to get a refund but got no reply from emails and their phone number doesn't work. After we sent the ring back we had to wait over a month until we finally received our money back. This was a huge stress caused to us prior to our Wedding Day especially when it involved such a large amount money. The quality of their jewellery is awful but not as awful as their customer service.

I had a stressful experience initially when only one out of two wedding rings were sent. I managed to get in contact with Twisha who was helpful and apologetic and tracked down the missing ring. Both rings were beautiful when they arrived. Mine is still beautiful and I love it. Sadly my partner doesn't wear his as it scratched and became tarnished in the first 2 weeks. I would recommend the classic metals but wouldn't recommend the coloured ones (my partner's is black). From the UK it's very hard to get a response and impossible to speak to a human hence the 3* - also with the ring quality. We were compensated for this, however you don't expect to have to buy another ring, it's supposed to be a for life piece.

Debated for while wether to use this jeweller based in Australia, but service was excellent from start to finish. Twisha one of the co owners will send WhatsApp videos of the items being made and she personally supported me through the process of making my stunning wedding ring. It was made and sent to the uk within a few weeks and was perfect and the correct size. I had it valued locally at about 40% more than I paid and Twisha also sent me a valuation certificate. Communication was amazing, whatsapp messages and emails replied to quickly, sometimes even late at night or very early in the morning. Would definitely recommend them. The item looks stunning and you can’t find a similar design like it in the uk, especially for the price. I bought a platinum 600 (can’t get this in the uk) 7mm wedding band, with diamond running on the inside edges of both ends.
