First one I ordered had a production issues and has these weird streaks. I emailed support. They immediately put in new order to re-make it and didn’t argue. New one came today and it’s wonderful. Great service and product.

Very unsatisfied with my order
Very unsatisfied with my order. It was advertised as stained glass. Upon arrival it is very obvious that it is a sticker meant to look like stained glass, on top of a piece of plastic and very small.

I love the concept but the item was destroyed in transit due to inferior packing materials.
I love the concept and was excited to receive my large stained glass item I ordered. Unfortunately, it came smashed into hundreds of pieces of glass. Complete garbage. I’ve emailed two addresses I could find but have not yet heard from them. If they respond and send a replacement product, I will revise this review. If not, it will remain here for all of you to be advised they ship their items in inferior packaging.

I ordered a suncatcher of my 16 yr old doxie that passed away a couple of years ago. She was my side kick and is very missed. The sun catcher is absolutely beautiful!

Quality not as portrayed in sales pitch. Disappointing
The picture colouring in itself is perfect, but not done as stained glass as suggested, and the back has a bubbled effect which shines through which detracts from overall effect. Also the frame is cheaply done and completely off centre, so when it hangs it is really noticeable,

Drastically different color.
I loved the proof but my stained glass was a drastically different color. My dog is light blonde, almost white and the proof looked great, but in the stained glass he's literally yellow. I expected some color variation but this is pretty drastic.

Where is my order.
We placed an order on Mat 24th 2026, and all I get is it in the making. How long does it take to make this. We ordered for a Birthday gift thinking it would get here in time but you keep saying it is in the making. Your video on facebook says a week, but it has been a lot longer than that. Great remembrance
I purchased a suncatcher to remember my dog Becca. It was so easy. Uploaded a picture of her and picked a size. It came in a couple of weeks and blew my mind. It looked just like her. Now I can always look at the suncatcher and remember her. Thank you so much!!

We did this for my parents's 40th…
We did this for my parents's 40th anniversary and although the picture on the glass turned out absolutely beautiful It was not exactly what I was expecting. There were no soldering with glass pieces, it was literally printed on glass. Little bit of a disappointment. It literally took a month to get here with just basic shipping so that too was disappointing since their anniversary party was 2 weeks out from when I ordered it.

Not what I saw in ad
The item was very nice and captured the image of my dog perfectly. However, on Instagram on the ad, it looks more like stainless glass with the beveled Lead parts and it is not like that it’s flat. The back of it is very nice. It is that bubbly glass, but the name is backwards of course cause that’s not supposed to be the front.

We do want to clarify that our product is a glass suncatcher, not traditional stained glass, and the product page clearly describes and shows exactly what you will receive before purchasing. Regarding the name appearing backwards on the textured back side, that is actually completely normal! The smooth side with the design facing forward is the front, and the textured side is the back. The name is designed to be read from the front. We hope that clears things up and that you enjoy it! 😊

I placed an order last week and tried to cancel or change it about 30 min after i made it. I had no idea that i had so many options. At the very least I wanted to enter the name of the cat. I sent 3 emails with no reply what so ever. Having a really unsettling experience so far.
