I am using a Tecno Spark 40 Pro. My screen recorder audio stops working after some time, while all other audio functions (calls, voice notes, camera recording, etc.) work perfectly. I already visited an official Tecno service center and the software was reinstalled on 17 June, but the same issue returned on 19 June. Restarting the phone temporarily fixes the problem, but it comes back again. Please investigate and provide a permanent solution.

Recently I bought a Tecno Mobile phone it's my first time bought it .I choose white color looks very nice . Pictures also very bright and clear. So far it's going very well I hope it getting me better service in future. It's various feature impressed me so much. My suggest for them carry on their quality and service in future.
