I ordered a Lenovo laptop for uni that I had seen somewhere else first, but Technoworld was a bit cheaper. Despite opting for the free 7-day delivery it arrived the very next day! The communication with the team was rapid and excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants value-for-money and quick service.

Ordered a laptop which was advertised at a good price. Completed transaction with received order acknowledgement, my account was debited. Then a day later I was informed that their system can not support delivery to a different address that the one in me credit card so I had to either cancel or make a bank transfer. I choose to transfer the amount. At this point I have paid twice the price of the laptop and I have seen no refund. The following day I see my refund and I get a phone call informing me if I want to go ahead with the order or if I want to cancel as the laptop's packaging has two big holes that have possibly damaged the laptop but they can not tell as they can not open the box. If they do they will be responsible for the laptop.I asked for a refund by email as the telephone communication was not enough. Two days pass and I had no respond to when I am going to receive the refund, if it was done, if they got my email, I called they asked to call me back in a few minutes as they did not know, never called me. In my search for a new seller for this laptop I found out that they are still selling the laptop only now it costs 30%. I called to ask again whats is going on with my case and why they still sell it now and they said we still sell it but is more expensive now because the laptop is damages and we don't want anyone to buy it but if they do we will call them and will let them know its damaged.
I still haven't received my refund.
Under no circumstances would I use this company again.

Had some issues with a laptop and the replacement, ultimately resulted in a refund but hats off to Minesh & Mark for their excellent customer service.

Completely let down by this company. Ordered a screen early in the morning for next day delivery to one of our customers... had messages throughout the day saying the order was being processed etc and then got a message at 17:07 saying that they don't have it in stock despite all the emails prior to this saying that they are processing the order and the website still showing that it is in stock. They have left me with no time to find an alternative supplier and have jeopardised our relationship with our customer. Will never buy from them again and suggest you to look elsewhere for a more reputable supplier for your purchase.

Was a bit hesitant at first because had not heard of the site and the prices were so cheap. My laptop arrived in perfect condition two days after I ordered, amazing ! I’m so happy with it !

I was browsing for ages looking for a new laptop on various websites and I found the perfect one for a very good deal so decided to buy from Technoworld. Absolutely fantastic service, they offered free delivery up to 7 days so I expected to have to wait a few days but it came almost exactly 24 hours after I ordered! The laptop is excellent and I wouldn't hesitate in buying from them again. First class!

Had a problem with delivery - the courier lost the parcel. Mark in Customer Services was great - proactively managed the problem and fixed it. it felt like someone cared and was actively working hard on my behalf. Can't ask for more than that.
