TD Canada Trust is brutal for customer service when you're out of country... I'm on hold for like... my 4th time in a row - they put me on hold forever then transfer me to departments that are closed and it instantly hangs up. I'm trying to deal with a TD Visa dispute cancellation and I literally can't because TD Canada Trust just doesn't have any customer service available to me! This is the worst!

I love TD they are the best bank especially with the technology they have, they are pretty much advanced in their technology. Not like other banks that I have experienced, without all the technology. I love how you can pay your bills right on the app, you can pretty much do anything on there!! Love TD

Excellent experience about an issue. One of the “pay over time” on Amazon was telling me yhe ithem is $18 but they were trying to charge $75 .
An agent by the name Hauwa was really helpful and amazing today.
THEY DON T HAVE DETECTION SYSTEM WORKING WELL
If someone scamed you their system can t detecte an infraction or scam easly. When you loose your money forget they are not responsable. They will do everythink to not pay.
So when you to work with any bank before to be sure if they have a détecter working well 99.99% not 5%
Worst experience ever
I am surprised this bank is still in business, if I could give this a -5 I would but that was not an option. Their customer service is non existent. No one knows what they are doing and when you want to speak to a manager they hide in their office and tell the poor teller that they can’t help you and let them deal with the frustrations of the client. Having the manager call you back after she finishes her phone call also produces 0 results as she doesn’t call you back! Cancelling a visa for a parent that can no long bank and one that has passed should be an easy thing to do one would think? No so at TD! Thank god this is not my bank and I will let anyone and everyone I know about my experiences there (willowbrook location) although if anyone takes the time to read the reviews they would make the decision to bank elsewhere I am certain! After covid you would think any business would capitalize on customer service Shame on you TD!!

I have been a TD customer for over 20 years and I am very concerned with the bank taking away donations to truckers right from their accounts. Who will be next - us? This must stop. I no longer trust this bank to do the right thing for its customers or the people. What they have done may also be illegal and it is certainly immoral.

TD BANK AT 3060 DANFORTH AVE (VP & DANFORTH AVE) I ve been a customer at TD for too long I think Anyways they have this Jamaican Lady for branch manager and she's just the pits. I m not sure when she started. but she's new. cause I don't recall her there before well actually I think she used a teller because looks familiar. but she never said anything, but in a different position you definitely know when she's there she overly loud and boisterous. definitely annoying I don't even bother going into the branch anymore and do all my transactions online or by ABM to avoid her i remember her calling me on the phone once to tell me I qualified for a higher credit limit and went on about her stupid cat for an hour and 5 mins straight. I'm like and this lady is a manager?? how un professional is this who hired her and how did she become manager in the first place. when I was in into the branch every time there was some issue or another happening an of course everybody knows of it because she's so loud. and she never seems to be able to fix anything on her own ..when there's an issue that requires the manager she appears and the customer with the issue always end up having to try talk louder then her because she does not listen to what's being said and automatically jumps to her own conclusions which most of the time have nothing to do with issue or rectifies nothing. and what i noticed that its always the young gentleman that are from the customer service desk that always come and end fixing the problem and so fast. like this manager lady will be yaking up a storm for an hour trying to figure out something then one of those guys from customer service jump in listen to the customers issue and within 5 mins its done. I don't know who hired this women or if its some kind of sick joke all i can say definitely not funny I don't even bother going into the bank anymore
