All journeys are not the same

Arrived on time. Vehicle clean outside and in, smelt fab! Steve the driver very polite and interesting to chat to. Only the second time using Taxifirst so much better than the first, journeys on the same day, similar tariffs. It shouldn’t be but it seems it’s a lottery, standards should be similar as the charges were. #bemoreSteve

Very prompt pick up within two minutes of the time requested for. Driver was more than happy to drop off enroute too. Never had a poor journey with TaxiFirst/Towers

Both trips were comfortable and both drivers were very polite and friendly. The main office also called to ensure that my taxi had collected me. This made me feel very safe. As I was travelling alone. Thank you for that.

Terrible rude driver

This is the most obnoxious driver in you're company.....

No manners at all, just wanted us out the car, no communication skills, period!!! You need to teach this driver how to deal with public on a daily basis...

Getting on and out the taxi being disabled isn't easy...

Management please have a word the driver not acceptable 😑😪
