What a brilliant service
From the first phone call with the sales team to the delivery of my boxes it has been gold class service. This is a well oiled machine and I highly recommend TAXIBOX for your storage and removing needs. My delivery guy was such an efficient and super friendly person. I’d give him 5 stars if that was an option. Congratulations to the team at TAXIBOX for such brilliant service.

Taxibox were fantastic!
Taxibox were fantastic! They delivered the box on time and picked it up exactly when we asked. The team were so lovely to deal with and kept in touch before our due date, which made everything really easy and stress-free. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. We'd definitely use them again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for storage.

Delivery was smooth and easy - Frank was extremely warm and friendly (even though it was freezing and early!). He was super quick getting things set up, and spoke me through how to do everything. Thanks Frank!

Frank was so helpful. Perfectly aligned our taxi boxes in our new warehouse with no fault. He’s helped us with quite a few of our taxi box moves, each time no issues and very nice.

Thanks for leaving us with your feedback. The last thing we ever want is for our customers to walk away feeling disappointed with their experience, and we're very sorry if that was the case here.
From our initial review we can see that our driver arrived 30 minutes earlier than the 2pm - 4pm estimation that was provided. We do note that this is only an estimate and may be subject to change on the day which is why we also send our 30 minute ETA SMS which you should have received. We do apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and while our driver didn't facilitate the delivery in the end as you weren't home, we can confirm that our team got onto this right away and the delivery has been rescheduled for tomorrow.
If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to give us a call on 1300 87 60 87, otherwise our team will be in touch early next week to ensure delivery went smoothly.
