Talbots Law - Coventry Arvostelua

Very good service especially Monica

It was a quite a slow and concerning process at times, hence it was a relief to come to the end of it.
Thank you Preesha and Jacob for your hard work and commitment towards the completion of the property.

I would like to highly recommend Talbots Law, especially Emily, Rachael and Lauren, who have been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process.

They have responded to all our enquiries promptly and in great detail, and they successfully completed our house move right on time. Everyone worked incredibly hard and was always there for us whenever we needed them, supporting us through every difficult moment.

They have been compassionate, dedicated and genuinely passionate about helping us. They always understood our concerns and were on the same wavelength as us, which made what could have been a very stressful process much easier.

We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Emily, Rachael, Lauren and the entire team for all their hard work, support and commitment. We truly appreciate everything you have done for us.

Prompt friendly service throughout

Dream Team That is Preesha and Jacob!

First of all let me say, onboarding is a breeze with the app supplied by Talbots law. the whole experiance was amazing thanks to the people on my case. Preesha was quick to respond and help out when in the office and Jacob was amazing all round. he would reply back quicker than any other person in any other law firm. Preesha telling me that my case was number one proirity was a joy to hear. They are both a credit to Talbots Law. All in all the service provided for the purchase of my house could not have be done anyone one better. Thank you so much

I felt that there was lots of mis communication between you and the sellers solicitors, which fed different stories back to me , based on my sale and my purchase thats took over a year to complete i feel all parties dealing with this were at times very disappointing to keep me updated , towards the end was better , but overall I felt very disappointed with the experience and the total cost compared to my previous house moves with other solicitors, but still wish to thankyou for your service .

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Andrea and the entire Coventry team involved in our staircasing and lease extension. Their professionalism, courtesy, and reassurance were evident throughout the process.
Despite significant challenges caused by repeated errors from the bank, Andrea and her colleagues worked tirelessly to ensure completion. Their dedication transformed a highly stressful situation into a successful outcome.
Thank you for your exceptional support.

Talbots were the solicitors used by the buyer of our flat. They seemed extremely diligent in their work. However every response took weeks and the same questions seemed to be asked over and over. Information requested and sent by our solicitor got sent to "our technical department" where it seemed to sit for ages. the whole thing took much longer than it should given we had a cash buyer and the property was vacant and chain free. I would say to anyone using Talbots that you need to chase all the time or not much gets done.

Fantastic Service From The Team At Talbots

An efficient service that just worked. I would recommend using their services. Thank you Liam & Natalie.

Had the pleasure of Zara dealing with my mortgage deed! Really helpful and kept me updated throughout. Definitely recommend talbots. Fantastic!

Enquiries were completed swiftly, updates were frequent, and all correspondence with the solicitors was friendly, kind and informative. I would heartily recommend Preesha Raval and Jacob Smith to anyone looking for help with conveyancing!

The team at Talbot's were excellent Emily, Lauren, and Rachael. They kept me informed all the way on the sale of my property to completion. Fantastic service highly recommended A********.

Used Talbots Law again to sell a property I recently purchased and developed. Excellent communication throughout and will definitely be returning to them for my next purchase. Thanks Andrea and the team :-)
