I purchased a pair of PIG FDT Delta gloves, which arrived promptly, and sooner than expected. This is my first purchase from Tactical Kit, and I was impressed with the service I received.

Horrible customer service. My package was stolen due to a fault of the delivery service. I was not given the option to choose delivery time, or change delivery location. They did not ensure i had received the package. They just dumped it outside of my door in the middle of a work day. Tactical Kit refused to reimburse my purchase or send a replacement order as they had "fulfilled their contractual obligations", as well as refused taking any responsibility for the poor service provided by their chosen delivery service. They dont care about customer service, just money. They wont help you if you dont get you package for 300 quid.
I won’t be spending another dime on this website and if you arn’t at home and available to recieve a delivery 24/7 you shouldn’t either.

i made a mistake with the sizing of carrier i bought, i contacted them and got a return sorted incredibly quickly, even with a response from them on a Sunday, and replacement item will be with me 2 days after returning the old one via the post.

I had an excellent experience with this Tactical kit. Shortly after placing my order for a Holosun sight, I received a tracking number—impressive speed, I chose next-day delivery and the package arrived earlier than expected at 11am. The morning update reassured me everything was on track. It came securely sealed in original plastic and contained all the components you'd expect from a high-quality product. The efficiency and reliability were top-notch, and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Always has everything in stock; spiritus, Ferro, etc. Always extremely fast shipping, never had an issue with broken or wrong products, always actual gear, good and fast customer support willing to answer any questions, always my first choice when ordering gear. 11/10

I searched for a UK store that supplies 5.11 gear, i was after some Taclite pants, Tactical-kit had the best price, i ordered a pair, which arrived in quick time, updated when dispatched etc. The pants were too big thus i returned them, easy process following the T&C and a replacement was requested, smaller waist, very good, speedy service, i look forward to purchasing more in due course, thanks Ken

I bought a Holosun red dot online via the site and as delivered efficiently. Unfortunately it had a fault and Tactical Kit were easy to speak to about it, promptly set up the return and arranged a refund. Really good experience end to end. I would recommend them and seek them out to use in the future.

I ordered the wrong model of the item I wanted. The Tactical Kit customer service team couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. I was able to exchange the item with out any hassle at all.

I have used tactical kit quite a few times to buy a lot of Spiritus Systems kit from them. They are a great company that get all the really hard to get Tactical kit from all over the world.
I ordered the Spiritus Systems Garage T-shirt and forgot to order the free pack of stickers that you can get when you spend over £30. A quick email to Ian and he was happy to help putting them in. Always fast delivery, fantastic service and great items.
