Terribly customer focus/ service
Made an enquiry via BMW website re a very low mileage used car. Missed a phone call with no answer phone message left. Returned the call within the hour, the person handling the call took all details - suggested the car in question had sold (doubtful since it had been listed for a while) but they would get someone to call me back ASAP. The call never happened.
Called again later in day, the person answering the call this time incorrectly assumed who had called, said he would pass it on and ask them to call back ASAP. This call never happened.
I have now called yet again, a day later, and am still waiting the call back.
This is terrible customer service, are they trying to sell cars or not?
If the car had been sold (still doubtful as listed on website) they should at least have the courtesy to call.
Secondly, each time I have called there has been repetition of information provided because the person answering the call has clearly not paid attention to detail.

I recently had my BMW serviced at Solihull BMW and received excellent customer service throughout.
A special mention to Gary, who was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process.
I was also very impressed with the video health check carried out by Adrian. It was great to be able to see exactly what had been done to the vehicle, with everything explained clearly and professionally. The video made it easy to understand the work completed and gave me confidence in the recommendations provided.
I really appreciate the time and effort Adrian took to record and send the video. It's an excellent service that adds transparency and provides real reassurance that the vehicle is being looked after properly.

I booked in with a problem and received a message saying it was all booked in etc I was given a contact name of Charlie Forbes. Although the problem was sorted it was more expensive than I was expecting. Charlie was very easy to deal with, informative and professional with a nice way about him. Disappointing experience—pushy sales…
Disappointing experience—pushy sales, hidden damage, and delayed refund.I placed a reservation fee on Friday 26th June for a 26-plate BMW M3 G81 (Reg: EU26 XUN) priced at £81,750. Before driving up from London on Sunday morning with my 9-year-old daughter, I requested a video to check for any damage. The video sent to me did not show the issues.Upon arrival, I found a couple of flaws: a dent on the passenger-side rear quarter and a centre console where the gear stick is was chewed up. When we went for a test drive, the car had next to no fuel. I was restricted to a very short distance and left incredibly stressed that the car would run out of fuel with my young daughter in the vehicle. Even when I offered to pay for petrol out of my own pocket to get a proper drive, I was told they couldn't do that.While the part-exchange process went fine, the sales rep later called to heavily push me to close the deal before the end of the month so they could hit their targets. The whole process just felt incredibly rushed and full of pressure. When you are spending £81,750 straight, you expect to feel appreciated as a customer, not rushed through a stressful transaction just to help them hit a monthly quota. Oh, and I am still waiting for my reservation fee of £99 to be refunded back to my original payment card.

My Experience with Two Different Sytner BMW Dealerships
I bought my BMW from Warwick, so for nearly three years I went back there for all my servicing and warranty work.
One day, when my key stopped working, I was told that the key wasn’t covered under warranty. Looking back, they’d taken a similar approach with a few other issues in the past, and I’d simply accepted what I was told. This was the final straw, so I decided to look into it myself, only to discover that it wasn’t true and that the dealership had misinformed me.
After that, I decided to give Sytner Solihull a try. Honestly, my experience has been excellent from day one. I kept thinking to myself, “I wish I’d changed dealerships much sooner.” I never imagined that two dealerships belonging to the same group could be so different. For the past year, Sytner Solihull has been my dealership of choic and hopefully it stays that way for many years to come.
I’m not saying that Sytner Solihull approves every warranty claim, because they don’t. However, they have always treated me fairly, been honest, and made decisions based on what was genuinely covered. They’ve consistently done their best to help, and I really appreciate that.

Absolutely terrible- my car was booked…
Absolutely terrible- my car was booked in for a service and they forgot about my car due to the assigned technician going home. And upon me ringing at 4:30pm and then they started work on my car, I collected it at 5:20, and they hadn’t even done my Vehicle Health check or sent me the video, nor cleaned my car, and then Tom James who dealt with my car was unbelievably professional- what am I paying a premium price for? Ridiculous! Outraged! And just utterly dissatisfied with the follow up.
