There must be many reasons why someone might decide to buy a Rolls Royce. Whether one buys from an authorised dealer or preowned from the secondary trade, the purchase comes with a commitment if one wants to continue to enjoy the driving experience that other marques find hard to match. Accordingly, it is very important to find the very best people to look after your vehicle during ones ownership. For me serendipity played its part as I chose to check out the service centre that had last serviced the car, which was Rolls Royce Sunningdale Aftersales Ascot - now relocated to Ten Acre Lane Egham. From my ownership experience over the last 6-7 years I have learned a great deal about the nature of my Rolls Royce car. The most important of which is this - when the car is in tip-top shape - it delivers an unrivalled driving experience but it is a complex piece of machinery and despite the best design, engineering and build quality - the capricious nature of "the parts bin" will eventually take the lustre off the ownership experience. It is only at this point in time one learns which is the most important department in the whole of the Rolls Royce Motor Cars ownership journey.

It's not the RRMC design department, it's not the RRMC engineering department, it's not RRMC parts department, it's not RRMC assembly at Goodwood and it's not RRMC sales department. The most important department in the whole of the Rolls Royce Motor Cars ownership journey are RRMC Aftersales supported by RRMC customer service and the best of the best of RRMC Aftersales Service, in my opinion, are based at Rolls Royce Sunningdale Aftersales at Egham - managed by Mr Ben Stansbury and his team. They provide expert management and support to ensure that any problem that presents in this complex piece of machinery is solved and the execution of the solution is carried out with the highest technical expertise. I should be able to tell - I fix patients for a living. In summary, if your Rolls Royce has a problem and you want to have certainty that a solution will be found then take my advice and take your car to Ben Stansbury and his team at RRMC Sunningdale Aftersales - tell them the Doc referred you.
