This is my first time purchasing a car…
This is my first time purchasing a car from Audi. I originally found a car online, however it was unavailable. Chloe Lindley contacted me with an alternative and invited me to the showroom. She took the opportunity to discuss what I was looking for, keeping in mind my budget. This was a friendly conversation and she knew straight away the things I’d like and wouldn’t. We sat and looked through many cars online until we found a beautiful car that had more to offer than what I originally wanted. There was no pressure on her side and she invited me back for a test drive the next day. The next day, we went on the test drive and discussed with me all the features of the vehicle. What I appreciated was at no time was any pressure put on me to purchase. I was very happy with the car so left a deposit. The car took a while to arrive from a different branch however Chloe kept me updated throughout the whole process. On arrival, Chloe thoroughly checked the vehicle and did an unveiling for me! Which I loved! Not only was she professional in all that she offered including add ons but she was friendly, understanding and down to earth! We had many conversations unrelated to vehicles but it’s a great way to get to know your customers!
I enjoyed her service, therefore recommended my Mum to purchase a car from Chloe (which she did), my sister and my cousin!

Poor customer service
I took my car in for a recall and i had to pay for a courtesy car not a good start I needed a reset on the mmi to make me the first user heather told me she could do this right there and then great but no she couldn’t and I think as it was 5.55 and she finished at 6 she couldn’t be bothered to do the reset so she would have to do this the next day she didn’t do it I emailed her and she said you will have to ring the dealership as she was not at work very poor customer service she could have got someone else to reset it and let me know simple but no iv got to get in touch well I think I’ll sell the car and never get another Audi who’s the looser now

Issues with the car were resolved very quickly and the in person service in the dealership was fantastic but I found that the way in which you get in touch with the dealership, the fact that you can’t get hold of a human via any of the phone numbers and the fact you have to get in contact via WhatsApp is very poor and quite frustrating

Excellent Service
Our experience from the first call to the handover of the car was excellent. Cameron was very knowledgeable, helpful & attentive and was a very easy to deal with. I certainly would go back to Cameron in the future when it’s time for a new car!

Ongoing issues!
My car has been in at Audi Nottingham on 3 separate occasions in relation to a number of software issues. Following identification that it required a major software update it went in again. Unfortunately, some of the issues are still present and I am awaiting contact from the dealership about the next stage. However, being without my car for 3 days has been a huge inconvenience.

Poor aftersales services
Poor aftersales services. Not impressed by the lack of communication, the lack of understanding they have for customers. Had a 3 year old Q4 in for repairs (broken electric cover, broken washer motor, broken mmi) and and MOT. In for 2 days and didn’t resolve all the issues, charged for an MOT which is included in our service plan. Get better service taking my 12 year old BMW to a local garage, at least they get the work done and call you when it’s finished. Premium brand, utter BS. Can I have the same service as Tony Palmer, looks like he had lovely treatment

I called in last Saturday for a new vehicle and was met by Roger Ball who was very helpful securing me and new vehicle.
Nothing was too much trouble for him very helpful informative and courteous throughout the transaction.
I meet a lot of people in my line of work and I wish they were all like Roger.

Exceptional Customer Service from Nottingham Audi
I have been a customer of Nottingham Audi for a number of years, and the level of customer service has always been exceptional.
A few weeks ago I took my car in for a repair, but unfortunately the required parts were not in stock and had to be ordered. Once the parts arrived, my repair was booked for last Thursday. Around the same time I received a reminder that my MOT was due. As my MOT is included in my service plan, I asked whether it could be carried out while the car was already in the workshop. This was arranged without any fuss.
I dropped the car off on Thursday and collected it on Friday. The repair was completed, the MOT was carried out successfully, and the car was returned to me washed and vacuumed, which was a lovely finishing touch.
A special mention goes to Leah Lovatt, who coordinated everything from start to finish. She has looked after me on several occasions, and she is always professional, friendly, organised and a pleasure to deal with. She kept me informed throughout and made the whole process completely stress-free.
The excellent service I have consistently received from Nottingham Audi over the years is a real credit to the entire team. They set the standard for customer care, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a first-class dealership experience.
