Excellent Customer Service
The Guy's on site looked after me after my initial purchase had a couple of issues it had to go back for a warranty repair. Mark & Nicky were absolutely fantastic and ensured that my car was correct and i was 100% happy with the vehicle, they explained exactly what had been done to the vehicle and kept me posted throughout the process.
the customer service gets a 11 out of 10 from me.
I will certainly be back in the future to purchase another vehicle.

Took my A8 in for a service
Took my A8 in for a service, whilst driving away I noticed my dashcam hadn’t auto switched on, I waited until I was parked and noticed that the dashcam had been unplugged, not a clue as to why. Once plugged in it said sd card not installed, which I found in the passenger footwell. Again no clue as to why!!! The customer facing staff are very friendly for the most part, but why do mechanics and people behind the scenes start messing with stuff they don’t need to. Quite irritating.

Since being a customer with Audi Leeds Sytner, the dealership has been fantastic in all aspects for any needs. All the staff are lovely, polite and very courteous.
The Service team of Alex, Haamed, and Katie were all very helpful with my last recent visit whilst my vehicle was in for service, and resolved all issues or problems over the 2 days quickly and efficiently. The only little thing was I did mention the rear/wash wiper unit was not spraying water onto the rear screen to clean and wipe, and I think must of forget to get mentioned and was not fixed on this occasion, which is only minor. Apart from this, excellent service. Thank You.

Greeted very well from the car park marshall to the guy at the front door to the guy who was the service advisor.
Everyone very very welcoming but found it all a bit O T T to be honest a bit sickly for a guyt thats just bringing in his car to be services who just wants serving drop keys off and get out. Trying to get me in the coffee shop and then finding myself having to be polite in refusing the offer im a busy guy who just wants to drop it off and leave. Yes its nice that people are polite but its not genuine its all false and its sickly just to score points. Let people be people fgs.

Service could be better for the price you pay
People are nice but you deal with people behind a desk who have had no hands on involvement Had to leave my car over night , 2nd time it has happened. Still a longstanding issue unresolved. Even a call by somebody asking about my experience has not prompted a call by the reception as promised.

is his name he had answers to every question I have never had a PCP and now Palvinder explained in great detail and an offer you have on in which it includes a service plan and mots it made sense to take this route thanks Palvinder! 🤩💯.

Very professional staff, efficient service. Was kept up to take with my MOT/service. Great customer service in the garage.
Shame can't be said for the helpline to take out a new service plan. Was given wrong Information and told I was entitled to something I wasn't!

Customer Service Stops at the piont they have your cash
Customer Service was great up to the point the transaction was complete. Been waiting for almost a month to confirm the car was or was not serviced prior to sale?
The service status on the car tells me it was not.
Numerous phone calls and emails have only brought empty promises to investigate and clarify, yet to get an answer.
To cap it all the rear number plate fell off last week, while driving, despite reassurances a replacement would be sent out post haste, I'm still waiting.

Year One Oil Change 2024
Due to previous good experience with this specific dealership I arranged to have them complete the Year One Oil Change on my A3.
Booking in was easy. They contacted me a couple of days before to remind me and check if any other work needed doing.
On the day dropping car off was easy and quick. They kept me up to date on progress. Work was completed slightly ahead of schedule, which was handy. When collecting was offered choice of drink to wait whilst they moved car from service area to customer car park.
Throughout all the staff were extremely polite and pleasant.

I dealt with Chris Ruane-Seed at Leeds Audi - he could not have been more helpful, and always went the extra mile for me, calling me back with additional information and keeping me up to date. Chris' product knowledge is superb, and anything he didn't know (when I was getting very technical) he researched and came back to me. If I was a mystery shopper, the score would be 10 out of 10!
