I was greeted at reception and offered a drink. i was then introduced to Keaton the manager dealing with my car. The car was serviced and the stop start fault rectified. There was however another fault which could not be resolved in the time allocated.
Another appointment was made and the misfire problem was resolved. Bentley Manchester are a very professional company, and look after their customers as they would expect to be.

Another excellent service visit from Dan Clarke and the team at McLaren Manchester, made super easy with car collection from and delivery back to my house. All of the staff involved were a pleasure to deal with.

I'm bewitched by Bentleys. We are on our 4th & we absolutely adore them.

The craftmanship of the interiors, the beauty and power of the exteriors; the growl of a GTC engine.

But equal to all of this, are the staff who go above and beyond to ensure the cars are always in tip top condition, and that we are treated like valued friends.

From start to finish buying our Bentley Continental GT, the team were absolutely superb. A special thanks to Pamela and Joe for their time and expertise, this really made the buying experience first class. Having purchased many cars from several dealers over the years, this purchase was without the best from a customer experience perspective, I cannot recommend Pamela, Joe and the team enough. I purchased a Bentley Continental GT from Bentley Manchester as a gift for my father's 60th birthday. At the time, I believed I was buying from one of the most prestigious automotive brands and dealer networks in the world. Unfortunately, what followed has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating consumer experiences I have ever encountered.

The collection itself was excellent. Bentley Manchester helped create a memorable surprise for my father and, initially, I was impressed. Sadly, that positive experience did not last long.

After reviewing the paperwork, I discovered that although I paid £100,000 for the vehicle, the figures had been altered in a way that made both my part exchange and the Bentley appear cheaper on paper, reducing the transaction value to approximately £95,000. This immediately raised concerns about transparency and accuracy.

Shortly after purchase, I discovered the vehicle required an MOT within just 8 weeks. I was then informed not long afterwards that the car was due a major service costing approximately £3,000. This was despite assurances that the vehicle would be supplied with a fresh MOT and service before sale. I was also advised that failure to carry out the service could invalidate my warranty, leaving me with little choice but to proceed with the additional expense.

Within the first few months of ownership, I reported a significant gearbox fault. The vehicle suffered from harsh, inconsistent and aggressive gear changes that were entirely at odds with what anyone would expect from a Bentley Continental GT.

Bentley Manchester collected the vehicle and, importantly, confirmed by email that they had experienced the fault themselves. Repairs were attempted, but the vehicle was returned with the issue still present.

The vehicle was then collected for a 2nd repair attempt and retained for an extended period. Once again, the fault remained unresolved.

Whilst Bentley Manchester had the vehicle for the second time, I was provided with a courtesy car. To my astonishment, around two weeks later I received a telephone call informing me that the courtesy vehicle they had supplied had an expired MOT and that I needed to arrange to have it tested.

What I find most remarkable is Bentley Manchester's current position. They have formally rejected my rejection of the vehicle and maintain that no fault was present at the point of sale.

This simply does not align with the evidence or their own actions.

If no fault existed, why was the vehicle collected multiple times?

If no fault existed, why were repairs attempted?

If no fault existed, why did members of their own team confirm they had experienced the issue?

Most importantly, why does the fault remain present today, both when driving the vehicle and when connected to diagnostic equipment?

Throughout this process I have been patient and reasonable. I reported the fault within the first six months of ownership, followed the correct procedures and gave Bentley Manchester every opportunity to resolve the matter. I allowed multiple repair attempts and lengthy periods without the vehicle.

I even offered a practical compromise by changing into another car and accepting a financial deduction for my usage of the car. Despite this, every attempt to resolve matters has failed.

I have now obtained 3 independent expert opinions which support my position. The evidence available today is considerably stronger than when this matter first began, and I hold extensive correspondence which I believe raises serious questions regarding how this case has been handled.

After more than a year of issues, failed repairs, countless emails, substantial expense and over £2,500 already spent on legal reviews and advice, I have been left with no alternative but to pursue legal proceedings

I would still welcome engagement from management to resolve this matter, but based on my experience so far, I am not holding my breath. I am prepared to fight this until the very end, regardless of costs as may position is so strong, and Bentley will forced to cover my costs.

Service, staff and customer service was exemplary.

Staff are absolutely amazing, always have a great smile, I've have had great conversations while waiting. Waiting area is very clean and great complimentary dirnks and biscuits.

Our car had been to a Tyre outlet with a very slow puncture, but could not find a problem. Bentley Manchester sorted it, tiny pin hole. Excellent service as usual, special thanks to Mr Allsop.
