When I think of the gold standard for travel companies that can help you plan a flawless adventure, I will always think of Swoop. From the hotels, to guides to transfers- they couldn't have done better! Every part of our vacation exceeded expectations!

Very impressed with the way that the Swoop reps responded so promptly to our requests. The information they provided in advance of our trip to Patagonia was outstanding. I would recommend using them for your travel plans without hesitation.

SWOOP was great to work with. I had travelled last year to the Argentinian side of Patagonia and had no idea of the details until I got to Argentina and met our coordinator at the hotel. SWOOP had a Webinar and you could talk to your trip coordinator through email easily before the trip. We also arranged a call twice to ask questions. Excellent support from Minerva and Tomas. We had a cancellation on our trip and changed our pickup point from Punta Arenas to Puerto Natales and we were accommodated very quickly and easily. The EcoCamp team was equally as amazing. EcoCamp had amazing food and the hiking was spectacular. The beds were comfortable, no complaints at all.

I travel extensively and typically book all my own arrangements. However, trying to figure out Patagonia was complicated. I came across Swoop on a Google search, and from my first initial inquiry, Swoop was responsive and accommodating. From start to finish, Swoop handled every detail of my trip traveling Argentina and Chile for my Patagonia adventure. Chloe and Cecilia on the front end handling scheduling/logistics - they were fantastic, highly communicative, and thorough. Once our tour began, I was equally impressed with the little details they handled, plus good accommodations, great food, and the best guides. Sammy and Franco in Argentina, and Hans and Nacho in Chile - they were wonderful. I had a great time with my group and getting to meet passionate travelers from all over the U.S. and UK.
I HIGHLY recommend Swoop and Patagonia. This will be one of my most memorable trips and experiences.

About Patagonia: when you go, take it all in and try your best to adjust and be with what is. Leave the devices at home and let go of typical comforts. Be immersed with raw nature and new cultural experiences. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed every part of this experience.

This trip was a bucket list item for my wife when since she was young. Swoop helped us in every way make this a possibility. They provided extra ordinary service and their response times and answers to our questions were quick and spot on. Can't say enough about how well we were taken care of by them.

Swoop was very knowledgeable about travel in Patagonia and made our trip, which included stays in Argentina and Chile, smooth and worry-free. The guides they found for us were amazing, as were the hotels and suggested excursions. We had a wonderful time.

We participated in and enjoyed every Zodiac adventure on our cruise. We walked with penguins. Our guides were solicitous and well-informed. The food service was exceptional. I was delighted with the glacier-themed hors d'oeuvres as we passed through the Beagle Channel. And...we made it to Cape Horn.

All the transfers and connections worked as scheduled and we arrived on time to each destination.

We loved the seamlessness of booking through Swoop for the 3-day W trek. Our adventure and the accommodations at Serrano Camp exceeded expectations!

Scenery was fantastic. The first part of prior departure communication was helpful, prior departure zoom meeting and website information are very informative. The second middle agent from swoop was less experienced and I had a little trouble to communicate with her at the very beginning. This has improved over time. The local agency was professional and had adjusted their transportation vehicles accordingly, all the drivers were professional. The local guide was experienced and knowledgeable but she was tired on the second day, we were not able to walk as fast as she did, she seemed was in a rush as a private tour guide. This was a little disappointing.
