Swiftglazing Arvostelua 

I contacted this company to carry out a proper assessment of my windows, including checking the seals, mechanisms and possible causes of the noise, before providing a quotation for additional glazing.

Unfortunately, the surveyor did not even open or test the windows. He appeared interested only in taking measurements for extra glazing, without first assessing whether the existing windows required adjustment, new seals or repairs.

When I questioned this, both the surveyor and his manager spoke to me in a very dismissive and unprofessional manner. I felt as though they were doing me a favour rather than providing a professional service, and the surveyor’s tone was close to shouting.

A proper window assessment should include checking how the windows open and close, the condition of the seals, hinges, locking mechanisms and any gaps causing draughts or noise. None of this was done.

Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

Friendly installers, but incredibly frustrating communication and dishonesty.
While the installation team was friendly and did a great job fitting the cat flap, dealing with the office was a nightmare.
Zero Communication: I was left waiting for four hours on the first appointment with no update, only to be told the glass had smashed when I called them.
Constant Excuses & Lies: For the rescheduled slot—which was the first job of the day—the driver was over two hours late. I called three times and was repeatedly misled with fake "almost there" ETAs just to get me off the phone.
Interrupted My Work: I explicitly asked them not to knock during a specific hour. The office promised to pass this on but didn't, and my session was interrupted.
Ignored My Complaint: The company completely ignored my email of complaint until I followed up stating I would withhold invoice payment.
Management did eventually send a detailed apology acknowledging these failures, but it is telling that they only responded once their payment was on the line. Great physical service, but the administrative handling and lack of respect for a customer's time was unacceptable.

The company were very swift and easy to contact, excellent customer service and the quote was free.
Easy to book and the replacement window pane was made quicker than expected, very happy with the service.

They came to make my shop door safe by boarding it up, removing all the broken glass, and cleaning the area. After two days, they came back and installed a new glass door for my shop. I’m so happy ,they were very fast and professional, and the price was cheaper than the other quotes I received.

What an absolutely upsetting experience this has been! Installed a faulty window, took them 2 weeks to reinstall it. And now the double glazed window has got fingerprints all over it from the inside! Avoid.

Excellent service
We needed a multilock system replaced on our garden doors. It seemed like an impossible task - no-one seemed to be able to do it. Swift Glazing immediately responded to my request and came out the following day. Within an hour, the lock was replaced - no fuss, no mess, no problems.
