I've renewed my subscription for Swifdoo for another 2 years. It's a reliable and easy to use application and I've never encountered a pdf it could not handle. Just what a software tool should be: easy to use, reliable and powerful without lots of bloat.

Keinen Lizenzschlüssel erhalten oder keinen Hinweis wo der zu erhalten ist. Login bei swifdoo wird abgelehnt. Unter Password vergessen kommt keine E-Mail.
Wäre alles nicht nötig gewesen, wenn die Beschreibung besser wäre. Das Programm ist sehr gut und als ehemaliger ADOBE-Anwender vermisse ich nichts. Der Support ist gut. Die Antwort-E-Mails für das vergessene Passwort sind nie angekommen.

Hiermit revidiere ich meine damalige Bewertung. Nach einigem E-Mail-Verkehr hat sich SwifDoo bereit erklärt meinen Widerspruch zu akzeptieren und hat mir den Kaufpreis erstattet. Weil es sich doch ziemlich lange hingezogen hat, kann ich nur vier Sterne vergeben.
Das Produkt selbst ist für meine Bedürfnisse nicht ausreichend geeignet. Mag es sein, dass manche/r Benutzer/in der von SwifDoo angebotene Bearbeitungsumfang genügt, für mich ist es nicht ausreichend.

Poor or Nonexistent Customer service
I bought a perpetual subscription to SwifDoo PDF Pro through BitsduJour. I was unable to activate the program using the steps outlined in BitsduJour. I contacted SwifDoo regarding the problem two days ago and still have not seen a response. It is either a scam or they have extremely poor customer service once they get your money!!!!!
