The delivery has taken 16 days and it's still not here. It said allow some extra time but 16 days is just too much to wait for an online order.

Hi Ellen, your order is ready, the reason we were unable to dispatch your order is you did not provide an eircode. We emailed you looking for this and also rang but couldn't get through. We clearly state that we need eircodes to allow couriers to be able deliver, they are extremely busy especially at this at this time and an eircode is required for all orders. Your order is ready, we just need you to make contact with that missing piece of info.
