80% of my purchase fits great and is exactly what I wanted.

I’m so disgusted with Swap. I don’t know what is happening but they don’t have it together. I’ve ordered in the past but this time they canceled my orders and I had to keep contacting them for a refund. Never again. Thredup here I come!

First of all I'd like to say, My order was what I expected. I was not happy with Swap for taking a shirt out of my order after I paid for and awaiting shipment. I've been shopping at Swap.com for 5 or 6 years and have always been pleased but now they have the app and half of it doesn't work nor can I use the internet to shop at this site. I'm not pleased about that!

Please listen to the reviews i didn’t now it’s been a month and my order is stil processing and the customer service is bots and won’t answer anything I placed a order nov 1 and no updates

I've used Swap for years, but I think I've hit my limit of frustrations! Last week, I emailed customer service to ask after two orders, which were still processing 24 days and 27 days after the orders were placed. I did not receive a response to my email, but both orders changed to "shipped" the next day, and I received them within a few days. Often lately, I've placed orders and had items suddenly refunded because they're unavailable. this past Wednesday, I received notice that my order, which had shipped a few days prior, was scheduled to be delivered--tracking number, etc. It was not delivered. The very next day, I received notice that this order was refunded because it was no longer available. WHAT IN THE WORLD, SWAP???

I ordered on October 15th, 2022. Not only did I wait a month for shipment, when I did finally receive my package 2 of my items were the complete wrong items! One of them didn’t even look remotely close to what I had ordered. This is extremely disappointing. I am still waiting on a response from their customer service, who are so unreliable and slow as well. Trust I will never be ordering from this company again!

I have yet to receive my Order that I ordered on 10/11/22. How this company could improve is communication with customers if a delay is going to happen let the customers know and try to correct the issue. Instead I haven't heard anything since 10/19 and even then it wasn't even helpful on a solution to fix the issues, it was just they are behind on getting orders out. I would never recommend shopping here unfortunately if you want something with a quick or decent turn around time.

I placed an order on Oct.15 and it still says processing! I've ordered from Swap one other time & got it right away. This is just ridiculous!!

If you want to order from somewhere that gives you shipping dates before purchase that change to a month later after, sends incorrect sizes often, and cancels some items you purchased a month later, by all means good luck. This company has went straight into the sewer. Would not recommend to anyone. The other companies like swap are way better and are reliable.

I'm missing the boots from the order, and no one is available by phone. I have not been able to get help. You have my money. I don't have the boots.

Always great products as described on the website. Have purchased many times and will keep watching for more great quality products at great prices.
