Great first experience. I was having trouble booking the dress online so contacted them on instagram. It turned out they were waiting on a replacement of the dress and it would be arriving after the date I needed it. Then miraculously a few days later I get a message from them letting me know that the delivery was early and they were then expecting it to be delivered early and I would indeed be able to hire it. I picked it up later that afternoon and it still had the brand new tags on. BONUS I looked and felt INSANELY HOT! Highly recommend and I will be hiring again - only note, I would love to see more size 14 or XL options

I have rented with Sustainability a couple of times now, and on both occasions the service has been excellent. The dresses were in perfect condition (which I don’t often find is the case when renting) and they arrived well in advance of my events which makes things much less stressful. Highly recommend!

I hired the Aje Bubble Hem Mini dress from SUSTAINABLY for the first time for my 18th birthday, the dress was in perfect condition, although it came a little bit wrinkly, it still looked flawless and I got so many compliments on the dress and it fit me like a glove, the dress was very flattering and flowy it was just gorgeous. The customer service is amazing, I was constantly updated with the shipping information and details through SMS and they were so kind and helpful to guide me through the process of returning the dress as it was my first time hiring a dress from anywhere and their team helped me through any problems I faced. I highly recommend and suggest hiring from SUSTAINABLY, they’re really helpful through their service and their dresses are high quality and I’m so glad I hired from them and overall a great experience as a person hiring for my first time!
