Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit SurveyCircle. Die Plattform ist super hilfreich, um schnell und unkompliziert Teilnehmer für wissenschaftliche Studien zu finden und die eigene Datenerhebung deutlich zu erleichtern. Gerade für Abschlussarbeiten oder Forschungsprojekte ist das eine große Unterstützung.
Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich auch den freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Kontakt. Auf mein Anliegen wurde sehr nett, verständnisvoll und großzügig reagiert, was ich wirklich zu schätzen weiß.
Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Plattform, die ich jederzeit wieder für meine wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten nutzen würde.

Diese Plattform ist genial! Ob Empirie oder Marktforschung - international Menschen erreichen und Feedback für Fragestellungen erhalten. Gut gemacht. Intuitiv in der Handhabung.

Ich nutze Survey Circle für meine Masterarbeit. Dadurch konnte ich für meine Umfrage bereits über 50 Teilnehmende in kurzer Zeit gewinnen. Nebenbei erhält man auch spannende Einblicke in Umfragen anderer Fachrichtungen mit denen man sonst keine Berührungspunkte hat.

Hat mir sehr geholfen bei meiner Thesis. Kann ich jedem empfehlen, der Teilnehmer für eine Studie sucht. Faires System. An Befragungen teilnehmen und Teilnehmer erhalten .

Die Plattform ist einfach gestaltet und bietet eine gute Möglichkeit Leute zu finden, die sich gegenseitig unterstützen.

Mir hatten noch super viele Teilnehmer für meine Umfrage gefehlt und war schon bisschen verzweifelt gewesen. Durch SurveyCircle jedoch kamen innerhalb kurzer Zeit super viele noch dazu! Das natürlich auch nur (aus eigener Erfahrung), wenn man im Ranking aufsteigt. Das braucht ein wenig Geduld und viel Zeit, lohnt sich aber wirklich sehr! :-) Kann ich nur empfehlen!

I’ve been collecting data for over a year, and once I made an account on survey circle (and filled other’s surveys consistently) I’ve gained more than a hundred responses in less than a month!! Wish I knew it sooner.

SurveyCircle was very helpful. Thanks to SurveyCircle I could recruit over 150 participants via their platform. I experienced more than friendly and helpful support. After a few participants I had to delete because they did not answer properly, SurveyCircle did not hesitate to get me a few extra slots for free. The collaboration was enjoyable.

Die Plattform ist übersichtlich, die Credits-/Tauschlogik ist fair, und ich habe in kurzer Zeit passende Rückmeldungen bekommen. Besonders hilfreich fand ich die klare Struktur beim Erstellen/Teilen der Studie und die aktive Community. Insgesamt eine super Unterstützung für Studierende und Forschende.

Ja, es braucht seine Zeit, bis man genug Punkte zusammen hat, sodass die eigene Studie ausreichend hoch gerankt wird. Aber es lohnt sich. SurveyCircle hat definitiv maßgeblich die Qualität meiner Masterarbeit geprägt. Ich habe die regulären 100 Teilnehmer über die Plattform bekommen und dann noch 100 zusätzliche Slots gekauft. Da leider viele Teilnehmende durch meinen Attention Check gefallen sind, haben mir die Leiter der Plattform nochmal großzügig Slots freigeschaltet, sodass ich am Ende einen Großteil meiner finalen Teilnehmenden über die Plattform rekrutieren konnte.

Fair mode of participant recruitment. Does not work very well will longitudinal research in my experience. Recruitment can take a lot of time, but works out in the end. Data quality was OK for me. Overall highly recommendable.

Es war gut um Studienteilnehmende zu rekrutieren. Und auch der Ansatz ist super, dass man selbst Studien vollenden muss, um aufzusteigen.

SurveyCircle is very practical, especially because I was able to spread the recruitment effort over a longer period of time, as I had already collected points over several weeks in advance. This took a lot of stress off me during the actual survey phase, as recruitment via SurveyCircle ran more or less in parallel and I didn't have to spend any additional time on it. In total, I recruited 250 people via SurveyCircle and recruited around 250 people elsewhere at the same time. This brought me to around 500 people within 12 days. I would not have been able to achieve this in such a short period of time otherwise. The SurveyCircle team was also easy to reach if I had any questions and always provided friendly support. My only minor criticism is that the estimated processing times for the studies were often too long, at least for me. Since I finished faster than expected, I received several warnings. However, I don't know how this could be avoided. After all, pointless clicking should be avoided. In my case, I had no choice but to work through the studies much more slowly in order to collect the points.

Survey Circle has been the best tool to share my survey and recruit participants for my doctoral research where it helped me to collect most of the responses on a very low budget. It is trustworthy, reliable, valid, easy, accurate, transparent, with a super responsive team.
However, it is recommeneded that Survey Circle extend its capacity and representation in the middle east and Arab countries as I believe it will have a great impact on the academic and market researchers; it will help many students who are on a budget to overcome a serious challenge and reach the target population for their study as well as companies and business owners.

Overall, I had a really good experience and found SurveyCircle very helpful.

Some things to be aware of if you're thinking about using it: (1) there are things you can do that will have a significant impact on how many survey responses you get (e.g. some of the biggest ones are that you do need to take a lot of other people's surveys and get a lot of points before you start getting a lot of responses coming in, and also if your survey's too long, it's likely to get less responses); and (2) you will get some responses where people clearly answered very hastily and didn't fill it out properly (e.g. straight-lining scales in your survey), so you should probably have clear-cut criteria ready to use to exclude certain survey responses for when people have clearly just sped through it without answering it properly, which would screw up the validity of your study if you have enough of those responses in there.

So what I would say is that if you're aware of some of the limitations and challenges of SurveyCircle and willing to navigate those, it is worth using for many types of survey and can be a very useful tool. Just go in with your eyes wide open and try to use a strategy to get the most out of it.

Also, please, please, please, when you're answering other people's surveys to get points so your survey can get more responses, take the time to do it properly. DON'T just rush through it and not answer properly. Answer it how you'd want people to answer yours. I was saddened by how common it is for people to just rush through the survey in like 2 minutes and not even answer things properly (e.g. straight-lining and stuff like that). Don't be one of those people. If everyone did it like that, the platform would have no usefulness whatsoever. So just answer people's surveys properly.

Ich habe SurveyCircle für meine Bachelorarbeit genutzt und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Plattform ist eine große Hilfe, um Studienteilnehmer zu generieren.

Der Einstieg ist zunächst etwas zeitintensiv, da man erst an mehreren Studien teilnehmen muss, um Punkte zu sammeln, doch dieser Aufwand zahlt sich definitiv aus. Sobald man im Ranking weiter oben steht, erhält man deutlich schneller neue Teilnehmende.

Besonders positiv fand ich auch die Upgrade-Funktion. Ich habe sie genutzt und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!

Es macht echt keinen Sinn, wegen ein- oder zwei Erhebungen für die Abschlussarbeit bei SurveyCircle mitzumachen. Es halten sich gerade so viele Leute nicht an die Regel, Accounts nicht teilen zu dürfen, dass man als Einzelperson so gut wie keine Chance hat, an Probanden zu kommen. Dieses Punktesystem ist absoluter Schwachsinn... Wer dachte, es sei eine gute Idee, für die Studien derer, die am meisten Punkte haben, die meisten Punkte zu vergeben? Ich habe mir fast 120 Punkte erarbeitet, neben meiner Masterarbeit, und habe innerhalb der letzten 14 Tage genau VIER Teilnehmende sammeln können. Vier. Klar, warum sollte man auch an einer Studie Teilnehmen, die 15min dauert, aber nur 1,4 Punkte bringt?

I could never have collected so many survey responses without SurveyCircle. Nearly all responses were thoughtful and thorough, with less than 10 (out of 200) deemed invalid due to careless responding. And SurveyCircle readily reimbursed me for those duds! Additionally, customer service was professional, friendly, and fast.
