Surprise Adventure Arvostelua 

I recently had a fantastic experience with Surprise Adventure! They went above and beyond when they sent me the wrong items in my order. Not only did they quickly replace the incorrect items with the right ones at no extra cost to me, but they also told me to keep the wrong items as a gift! This kind of customer service is rare and truly impressive. It’s clear that they value their customers and are willing to do what it takes to make things right. I highly recommend them for their great products and exceptional service. I will definitely be shopping with them again!

Really bad customer service 😂

The site told me I’d get a free gift (extra activities) when buying my book. And at the checkout comes up with a little box that says you get the free gift.

You don’t. There’s a limit which is really misleading and then when you email customer service you get a really sassy response and they just send massive text.

Really need more approachable customer service guys. They’re letting you down!

The shipping was very fast, good quality present and this will make as a great gift to a couple who needs some more them time.

Sent me a damaged parcel as a christmas gift for my girlfriend. Took days to reply everytime I emailed. Returned the parcel and now they won't give me a refund. Don't waste your time or money with them.

I was so pleased when I found this online. I am in a fairly new relationship and I can't wait to use this next year. The suggestions will make it so much more fun. Thank you Surprise Adventures.

Shame I have to give it one star! The company sent me the book (which is full of spelling mistakes). However, I felt like they'd lied about a 'deal' for free photos. So I messaged them for clarification. The response was extremely rude. I then spoke to someone else who offered me another book in the way of apology, at this point I thought my point had been made. Obviously this book never came. A fake reference was used to say it had been sent. I contacted the company again who ignored my messages so I wrote on their post asking if it had been sent (none of my messages were abusive or rude). In response I got a barrage of nasty messages. They also put my address on Facebook claiming id received the book. I hadn't obviously. I reported them for breach of data protection. I won the case (and still have all the evidence if they want to deny it). They were ordered to send me an apology and remove everything from social media. They are also now on a final warning. Their apology came with a threat of action from their legal team if I spoke to anyone about what had happened. Which I found amusing as I'm aware of my rights even if they are not. I feel the response to this maybe untrue it's a shame I can't add photos.

After their response; this is my first review I certainly do not review each month (lies) their response was as fake as the reviews on their website (every picture has the same background there's a YouTube video proving it)! Obviously I ordered over a year ago and waited for them to put it right. Then awaited the results of the data protection breach.

My product arrived, and its perfectly fine. It looks like a lovely gift actually - however, I no longer need it and I have been trying to action a return/refund all week. Their customer service is awful - badly written which makes it hard to understand what they mean. Slow responses and no clear way to make a return. Their website says 30 day returns, but you have to go via their customer service team to sort which is near impossible.

Fast delivery, amazing quality, done one of the activities so far and we already love the idea of doing all of them. Got the couple and date night books well impressed

Absolutely brilliant books and FANTASTIC customer service! I mistakenly bought two books exactly the same - I couldnt find the receipt for one, and bought the same one again! I got in touch with Surprise Adventure to ask them if they could cancel one of them and they said they couldnt because they had both been processed, but they could send another one of my choice as goodwill gesture. What an AMAZING thing to do, and great customer service - would definitely recommend them

I was searching for a Christmas gift for a couple and came across Surprise Adventure. I chose the Couples Edition, (there were several to choose from) and a lovely hard backed book arrived a few days later.
I sneaked a peak inside and was enchanted with the whole concept.
Delighted to give this as a gift and very tempted to treat myself!!

Misleading company. I emailed with my concerns and after two replies they failed to bother.
States you get free photos for a limited time only. You don’t. You (or anyone else who doesn’t buy their product) just goes on to Snapfish-which the advertise to get 50 free photos a month but you pay postage. So you don’t get 600 free exclusive to customers. Completely MISLEADING and false advertising.
The product itself could be better. I like the idea of the ‘surprises’ but the reality is just everyday things to do. Although one includes a hot air balloon ride or flying?! Others include going to a charity shop and buying clothes, donating blood, fundraising, board games, volunteering, bowling, planning a holiday, a workout, picnic.
Sorry for any ‘spoilers’ but I feel a coffee shop voucher would probably be better than this. This was the ‘couples’ book.

I have bought the surprise adventure the couples edition for my wife looking forward to completing the tasks the book is well laid out and I like the idea of being able to place a photo and give a brief description about the task you have completed well worth the money I paid.

I have not yet used the Surprise Adventures pack (they are an xmas present) but just from opening the books I can tell it's going to be a load of fun seeing what is on offer inside.

The books are hardback and very well constructed, the insturctions inside are very detailed and it just has the overall look and feel of a very well made and presented item.

Can't wait to see my girlfirends reaction and to see how much fun we will have with the ideas.

Have sent three emails chasing a refund no one of them have been acknowledged!

Arrived damaged. Offered free stickers. I’ve asked for a replacement now not replying to emails.

Definitely a rip off came looking like it had been through hell. Tacky. Contacted and they said i would get a replacement in 48hrs and now a week later and nothing and they are now pretending they have no idea. Definitely a con.

I ordered a Surprise Adventure Book as a Christmas Gift. Delivery was very quick and the book is just lovely. Unfortunately my stickers were missing but this was dealt with immediately and professionally by customer service. I am really impressed with them and will be ordering from them again in the future I'm sure. Special thanks to Connie
