Very friendly online shopping experience.

This is my second purchase for the Sufanic luggage - 100 litre. My first bag has lasted 20 years. The second baggage seems even better, with better materials and more reinforcements. They have added in 3 compartments now which is really useful especially for skiing. I love the fact they have all different designs and colours so you recognise it as soon as it is on the carousel whilst waiting for your luggage. Thank you Surfanic.

This is the biggest purchase mistake that we have made. A Phoenix Hypa Down boys jacket, via Mountain Warehouse on sale. The item has no details of the down on the site other than a ratio. Asked customer service at Surfanic if they knew the fill power number or weight of down, also for RSD certification. He said it was 650. Took a chance and ordered 2 sizes. I washed the smaller one exactly per instruction, to decide if I kept the larger also. The 'welded' baffels collapsed considerably in the wash and left tiny clumps of sopping feathers in various corners that have taken 3 days to dry. A lower volume of 'puff' has resulted and the sleeves appear to have very little down content at all. Almost smooth in places. Because there is no stitching to allow the baffel content to dry with air circulation, one can't even gently towel roll the excess so it hung bleeding out the moisture. Winter conditions would only be worse. Stars are for free delivery. At least I found out early and may save others being disappointed. Awful

I ordered a 70 litre split roller bag. It was heavier than I expected. I had problems with return portal on the website. I had to phone the company. Adam was extremely helpful- apparently they are using a very new system. He took the time to resolve the issue for me.

Hideously unreliable bags. Bag failed after hardly any time at all and had to negotiate for a refund as I wasn't interested in a replacement. Avoid and go with a more established company. Wouldn't touch with a ten-foot barge pole.

Broke on 1st trip
Bought a 100L roller bag for a ski trip. Impressed at first however the strap buckle was broken on return. Appreciate that this was done during baggage handling however I wouldn't expect a case costing over £100 to only survive one 4 day trip. Customer service were dismissive and said you'll have to take it up with the airline, not our problem. Very disappointed in the product and the customer service. Won't use this company again.

Ordered boys salopettes last minute due to teenage son outgrowing his ski gear quicker than I can keep up. Paid extra for speedy delivery. Arrived on time, with quick response from customer services when I was panicking (unnecessarily). Excellent quality salopettes, at Excellent price in the sale. Can't fault.

bought a roller bag from the castleford store back in end of december 2024, assuming if it did not fit for what i needed it for it could be return within some reasonble time being christmas period. I went back on 26 days after bying it assuming that since it says 365 days no hassle return on their webiste then i could return it to the store for a refund. to my dissapointment the lady on the till was quite blunt and told me that she would not give me the money back since i missed the 21 days return period!!! by a few days.. when then simply read the website saying 365 days. so the best she could do was giving me a credit note.. so i have not a credit note which is no good to me. I then emailed the surfanic office and they never bother replying to any emails so called them on the phone and whoever was on the phone was not interested at all helping out and told me that i was lucky to get a credit note and that the lady in the store could just have told me to take the bag with me back home... hence why for me a 1star is to much.

Not all items can be returned free so think twice!

It is unusual for a company not to offer free returns for all their items they sell online. Bought via mountain warehouse and they wont take it back either.

Purchased a 100L Maxim 2.0 Roller bag in January 2024 in the sale direct from Surfanic. After two trips abroad one of the internal zips for the internal luggage compartments separated from the fabric along the length of the compartment. I contacted Surfanic via the website and said I could forward photographs. They replied same day and after sending the photos Adam got in touch, said he could clearly see the issue, and arranged to have a new bag sent out. Michelle also got in touch to ask which colour as the one bought was not in stock. Within three days I had a new bag and they did not require the damaged one to be returned. Simply excellent customer service. This is our second of these bags, the other three years old, and they have survived French baggage handlers on Ski holidays, soakings on the tarmac (turns out they are waterproof) and trips to Canada and India. This is the first issue we've had and Surfanic faultless in their handling of it, but I think it helps that we bought it direct from them.

I ordered a ski helmet a week before going on holiday with a promise of a 3 day delivery. I am now at the end of my ski holiday having rented a helmet and have received neither the helmet or a refund that was promised 2 days ago.
Please avoid.

Great quality stuff for the money, arrived quickly, Adam in customer services very attentive and efficient.

Overall a great experience, would recommend.

Adam and the team we're fantastic at dealing with my order and a subsequent issue that arose outside of their direct control. Absolutely faultless. Most appreciated and refreshing to see such good customer support.

Recently purchased 2x Snokart cargo 100 after much research to ensure I bought the most hard wearing ski clothing luggage. Unfortunately on the first trip the fabric has developed a small tear. On contacting the customer service at Surfanic, they just dismissed my claim and batted it to the retailer. So disappointed with this product, if only I had known. I have used luggage at half the price and it has performed without any problems. Think very carefully before you buy Snokart luggage

Rude staff, rude manager! A woman shouted at me when I asked what size a jacket was!! Do not go there!!! It's overpriced and the quality looked cheap!! Please GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Don't fall for any marketing or fake reviews, they ought to be ashamed putting a british flag on their products.

Worst product i've ever bought, it doesn't keep any water out and it doesnt dry at all it takes like 3 days! almost like the the waterproofing is the opposite way round, furking dangerous to be honest....

Unfortunately their "top of the line" (claimed by them) waterproof down jacket won't even hold up to few hours of drizzle on the slopes.
Claimes 15000mm waterproof it should withstand proper rain for a full day without a glitch. Not this one. Soaking and freezing your butt off after only a few hours of very fine drizzle is absolutely rubbish. Cheap £40 waterproof jackets when new are better at keeping the rain away than this rubbish garment. Bought a few other items in past but certainly would not go back for a skiing jacket.
A real shame as it is otherwise warm and comfy. But forget it in bad weather!

Love the coat; style, fit and quality are perfect. Warmth without weight! First time customer and order was despatched the same day and arrived within 3, seems a good company and the service was fine .. recommended.

This site has excellent products. I can't find anything like them elsewhere.
I had no problems during the order and they delivered my coat a few days after it was ordered. I was also made aware when it was going to be delivered.
No complaints from me. Won't hesitate to order again from here.
