Superdry Arvostelua 

I have had nothing but problems with Superdry online. 1st order went missing with Hermes. Eventually they agreed to send replacement and gave me a £10 credit. Got the item and all good except much too small. I ordered a Hermes pick up but that still hasn’t happened and nobody answers emails. I used the £10 credit on a hoodie and that order was cancelled a few days later as Superdry said out of stock, got a refund for amount I paid but the £10 credit not refunded or put back on my account!!! Still trying to return the coat that was too small but getting nowhere. I think if you use Superdry you should just go to the retail shops as online is awful with no customer service response. Not good!

Return label organised without any major problem for collection on a specified day by Hermes. After this point Super dry cannot tell us anything about the collection and Hermes are impossible to contact in any form. Frustrating afternoon and waste of life.
Collection made within the 12 hour requirements so additional star added. Just a shame systems at Superdry are so bad they have no knowledge of the transaction after it leaves them.

What a wonderful trip into Cambridge, my first in over a year!
My shopping experience was made very pleasant by the welcoming and helpful staff in store.

Sad thing is people rarely come on here to sing a companies praises.

The customer service I received @ the Oxford store today was amazing. My coat was out of warranty by about a month. Obviously with covid everything has been shut. The manager was great, used his discretion, defiantly owed a beer!

This is the 2nd exchange I've had on my original jacket nearly 2 years down the line. Not many places offer that kind of guarantee.

Big thanks to Chloe at Superdry for sorting out my order after Hermes lost the item. Quick to respond with a re-order and next day delivery

Service was good but the item delivered (gloves) were damaged (a manufacturing issue not delivery damage) so had to be returned - sadly no quality control on merchandise. Refund was quick.

On website they’re stuff is good and returns made easy, however whoever runs the eBay stores shouldn’t be in charge. Wrong item was pictured, noticed after order, order cancellation refused after an hour of ordering (despite the item not being dispatched yet).

Very annoyed to receive an item that wasn’t the correct description (photo) and to have a non response from them on eBay. Look up there eBay reviews if you don’t believe me.

However would and still do buy from the store but the experience has put me off slightly which wins me towards other brands.

Double Whammy
My wife ordered & received an item from QVC unfortunately she had to return it. She paid £3.95 for Hermes via their website, paid by her card., she printed off the returns label, it was to be collected by Hermes Saturday 31st between 8am – 8pm. No show from Hermes.
Our son regularly has parcels delivered to our address due to him working and someone is always at home. Coincidently he also was expecting a parcel from Super Dry via Hermes to be delivered on the same day.
Our son had an email from Hermes 31st October 2020 at 17:15 saying we tried to deliver your Supergroup parcel, but you weren’t in.
Same day. Same address. I would like Hermes to know we have RING and pay a subscription for all our visitors to be recorded. We also have CCTV cameras also recorded. If anyone would like to view. Unfortunately for Hermes no one from their company came.
I would like QVC & Supergroup Super Dry to now about this. And ask the question why they use a Parcel company like Hermes to deliver for them. Their service on Trustpilot speaks for itself. Surly QVC & Supergroup with exceptional customer care. Needs to re-look at parcel delivery companies with the same commitment.
PS We have not received our sons parcel, nor have they collected our parcel
