I like the clothes from superdry. Great quality.
I like the clothes from superdry. Great quality. The purchase process is great. Wide range of clothes in the eshop. The Web page is nice as well. However, the return process and received messeges require improvement.
I had issues with generating return label for DHL due to some internal errors - Polish orders. I needed to contact support using only English. It could be a showstopper for some non speaking English customers. The communication from superdry was partially in Polish and English in one message. Polish sentences were gramatically incorrect. So IMO some customers could be scared doing shopping here.
Despite that, all good.

No quality control
You do not check the quality of goods to send. Article I had received was visibly and definitebly our of any quality norm as overexposed to the light and lost its colour.

Product arrived with security clip…
Product arrived with security clip attached to jumper. I spotted it when i removed labels so couldnt send it back. I had to remove clip on my own so got three holes in my jumper.
Security clip? Really?
