marketing without permission
Signed me up for marketing without permission when all I tried to do was make a return, which is in breach of GDPR regulations.
Submitted a complaint to their Data Protection Officer but that got ignored. Next stop is the Information Commissioner's Office, who I'm sure will be very interested in your underhanded methods to solicit consumer information

Always good quality and lasts a long time. I hate buying other brands that just wash out the colour or rip within a few months. Staff in store were friendly and helpful

Good store

Return was a breeze
Return was a breeze! I bought a dress that was slightly too small online, took it to the Trafford centre store and they exchanged it quickly and easily for a bigger size. Both store attendants were really helpful and got everything sorted quickly! Love my dress Thank you!
