Superdry - Solihull Arvostelua 

I ordered 2 coats at a combined cost of over £170 and expected to receive very good quality items. When they arrived I noticed that neither coat was in a sealed bag so started to look at them thoroughly. With one of the coats I found that it stank of perfume/aftershave and had lots of hairs all over the inside of the coat. This was clearly not a new coat and had been returned to a store unwanted. The staff who sent the coat in the post cannot have checked it properly or they would have seen the condition the coat was I. With the other coat, there was a fault with the inside pocket and I had to travel to my nearest Superdry store to take these back for a refund/exchange at my own cost.

Once in the store it was pretty simple to refund/exchange the coats but I shouldn’t have needed to go to the store as more care should be taken when picking items for online orders so as not to send dirty items to someone just for them to have to return them.

Staff in store were really nice and very helpful, I was looking for some carpenter jeans and was able to pick up the size I wanted in store in one colour but had to have to other colour ordered and delivered. It came quickly after ordering it. The fit feel and quality is great.

I was helped out with my search in store to find a present for my daughter. Mario understood exactly what I was looking for and found it for me on the shop floor. Nothing was too much trouble for Mario. He was brilliant.

Love the coats but will say I'm gutted as they never had a black Friday deals in the shop and can be over priced 🙁

Great. Assistants extremely helpful, used them as models to help me choose. Very obliging. Courteous and polite, nothing too much trouble. Super efficient. Have used the shop to purchase and on line. Swift service on line with delivery. 10/10 for both.

In all honesty I visited Touchwood, Solihull superdry and the lady that served me at the till didn’t greet me, say please , thank you and didn’t raise a smile. It would have been nice to have been greeted with some level of enthusiasm- it was like dealing with a mannequin. I gave 2 stars because the gentleman on the floor was pleasant. Please consider how staff interact with customers.

Shopped in the Solihull store. Assistant was very helpful, and ordered an item that wasn’t stocked in my size, for an online delivery. I also purchased a Jacket in store. Love the quality of Superdry clothing. My husband is also a big fan.
