Superdry - Solihull Arvostelua 

Great item however over zealous staff on pick up in the store demanded not just the order number but ID? I regularly order items online but have not been asked for ID before! Pointless!

I looked to purchase in store at Solihull, but didn't have my size.
A very friendly and help staff member helped me order these 'online' in store and they came the next day. Great service!!

Ordered online, mistake on one item ordered, went into store - Solihull extremely helpful staff, refunded me the item and ordered another one for me online.

I bought a puffer jacket and the service online and delivery was ok. I can't say anything about the quality of the jacket itself yet nor the treatment about my personal data either.So far so good.

This is a joke . I didn’t receive nothing till now. At the shipping status is show me “other incident “

Extremly helpful and friendly staff in the store.
The store did not have the size I required, so I was able to order the appropriate item in the store and have it dlivered, free of charge, to my home.

Took internet purchase back to shop and it was exchanged for suitable size with no quibble and great efficiency

I'm having dificulties in contacting you about a delivery that was not received, I have tried emailing still had no reply, Its a bit frustrating as the Item I have bought is a birthday gift for a dear friend, and I'm running out if time to get a replacement item.

The order was received quickly but I had to return it to store as it was too small.
The item was not available in store but I was still able to return it there.
The staff I dealt with were excellent, very helpful and attentive.
There was a system error when processing the return which the manager dealt with very quickly, and was able to reorder for me.

I can’t wait to return to store for the sales.
The quality of super dry products is great and really worth the money!

Early days for a full assessment as this is a gift but I've unpackaged it and the quality is good. The size, L, seems accurate. Tried it on and it's very warm, just as I hoped for watching sport in winter. Not too bulky for sitting down.. Solihull store advised me on the size I needed and were happy to order this for me as they were out of stock in store. Great service..

Order didn't arrived and when after a week I queried was fob of with you have to give the courier more time and the process of contacting customer services was torturous.

Got a coat on line didn't fit and didn't like it took it back store and exchanged it no problems

I purchased a ladies coat from this store last week. The male assistant was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable with the sizing. Overall an excellent experience and lovely product. However, online not so good. My second online purchase was inappropriately packaged. It was received from the postman completely open. On closer inspection a mark is visible on the back. I am in the process of returning this item. In view of this I purchased the coat from the store.
