Easy to navigate the site, size info incredibly helpful and accurate. Store deliver option with free returns in case of wrong size was great especially as it was a Christmas gift. Quick delivery and super friendly staff at the store.

Fine for dry weather
The coat is very warm and hardy, however it is not waterproof, so be aware when buying this style. I also sized up as it’s quite a small fit.

I like the clothes and have been…
I like the clothes and have been shopping here very frequently over the years. Why I am not giving this 5 stars is that you charge for a paper bag. Plastic bags I agree should come with a cost but not paper. I see this as a way to get a little extra out of every purchase people make.

On November 24
On November 24, I took a Superdry jacket to Portsmouth. Regretfully, I didn't realise until this morning that it had a pocket. I was excited to unlock that pocket and take out my phone when I noticed a tiny piece of cloth was torn. Please assist me in fixing it.
