There was no size we wanted asked the shop assistant whom went into back and luckily they had the size we wanted

I was looking for a hoodie type jumper for my adult son who is very fussy, the young lady sales assistant came over and once I explained my mission and the subsequent dilemma involved she explained superdry returns policy, with this in mind I made a purchase, the same young lady then went on to explain the online options available and in store any colleague would be happy to help with any future purchases.

Staff were polite and friendly, they pointed out the discount on buying 2 tee shirts, Good staff and good value
