Excellent Customer Service
I've ordered online since lockdown, love free delivery and returns and since shops are open, it's so easy to drop in. I usually order 2 sizes to try and return 1 via the shop. Quality is always excellent, often collect from the shop, try on there and return 1 immediately. Staff are always happy to oblige and any refunds dealt with quickly

the size of the belt i needed wasn't in stock at the merry hill store i visited and was offered to have it ordered with free delivery. the assistant was so respectful and helpful and the belt arrived within a few days- i'm really pleased with the service i received. Thank you

Struggled to find some cropped tops…
Struggled to find some cropped tops that fit nicely in other stores. Tried the ones on in Superdry and they fit perfectly. Great price too. Will shop more often for cropped or t shirts now.

I made some purchase online and I had to return them. I decide to do it in Superdry Merry Hill. The lady at the till was very nice and did everything just in a seconds.

Don’t pay extra for special delivery as it makes no difference.
I ordered some flip flops for my holiday expecting by paying extra that they would be delivered when requested not to go on holiday without the flip flops and find that when I get back off holiday that Superdry say they were mislaid in transit and I was being refunded!!! Not a good experience.
