Great experience

Young girl in the shop helped me find the shorts online which were not in stock at Colchester shop. Bought, arrived in 72 hours, perfect!

Great customer service at the Colchester store happy with the products I brought, I love Superdry goods I can't get enough of them. Looking forward to my next purchase!

Inattentive staff

Changing room was roped off.
Attendant would not permit myself and daughter to go in same changing room.
Attendant then disappeared.
No offer of help for alternate sizes.
I went to get alternate sizes for daughter.
When we can out of changing area attendant appeared an no question of how we got on etc

Great experience

I was left to roam and browse without hassle or interference from staff members. As soon as I looked for help it was there and the help I received was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Excellent all round and I love my purchases.

Ordered a coat in store (Colchester)…

Ordered a coat in store (Colchester) that i had seen online. Lady in shop was helpful and explained the process (including trying on similar coats for size). Took minutes to order the coat and pay and 3 days later I had my coat.

Very pleased with product and service.
