Went to the store to collect my item…

Went to the store to collect my item and they said they have not recieved it. I am still waiting for confirmation to collect my item and still not recieved

I was charged the wrong price for my…

I was charged the wrong price for my purchase, I had not noticed until I went bak to exchange my item as unfortunately it did not fit me, I was told at first that I would only get back the price on the garment but my docket clearly showed that I had paid £4 more, after much deliberation from the staff I was finally paid back the full amount, this has definitely put me off going back into the store as I was made to feel very uncomfortable and like it was my fault. Not happy.

Return item

I had to exchange a t-shirt bought from the airport in euros, the staff were very helpful and I got a different size.
