Shearling jacket
I ordered the shearling jacket to pick up at the Cribbs Causeway shop and tried it on. It's a lovely jacket but the sleeves weren't wide enough on me to be able to wear u sweater underneath so I got a refund. The staff where very helpful and friendly and the return system efficient. A good experience.

The assistant in the shop was very helpful and went out of her way to find what I wanted. When it wasn’t in stock, she ordered it for me for free delivery to home and it arrived a few days later.

Quick service. Kept up to date by mail re delivery. Assistant in store very helpful (Cribbs Bristol). They did not have color in stock but she helped me find size knowing I would purchase online. Told me I could order to store.
