Really helpful instore

Really helpful instore. I needed to change the size of an item not available in store so the sales assistant ordered it to be delivered to my home. Very happy with the service and the product. Thank you

Bought some shirts

Bought some shirts, got home, almost all of them had stains and holes. Had to return for a full refund which was inconvenient, and the guy at the till was very rude and dismissive. Never felt so judged in my life! Went to hollister instead
