Good speedy delivery but could not get delivered to the local store - which meant I had to pay postage. The store didn’t have the size I needed so had to order online.

Everything I've bought has been ace, but when you buy the same product in different colours, don't assume they will fit the same. I bought the same t-shirt in 4 colours, had to exchange them for different sizes

I ordered a jacket online. I had seen it in the Aberdeen store. It was reasonably priced for the quality and design. Delivery was timely.

Friendly, helpful staff at Union Square, Aberdeen. Lovely girl on tills who was bright and chatty. Great clothing and plenty of changing rooms. I always find music a bit loud though :(
