Summer In Italy Arvostelua

Luca was so helpful to me in providing details and patiently answering all of my many questions. He answered all of my emails quickly and thoroughly. He was a pleasure to work with and gave the best service. I would highly recommend both Luca and Summer in Italy to anyone!

Very friendly and easy to deal with. Quick email communications to make sure you have all of the info you need about your vacation rental. Would definitely recommend.

Very quick response time and extremely helpful. Cannot fault!

The reservation service is really easy and straightforward.

They were so helpful and have laid the groundwork for an amazing vacation.

We are planning a trip to Italy at the end of April. Luca has been very helpful so far and the "Summer in Italy" newsletter is a nice added touch.

We are planning a trip to Italy in June. Luca has been very helpful so far and the "Summer in Italy" newsletter is a nice added touch.
The one thing I have found to be confusing is that although I booked and am tracking all of my reservations through VRBO, my communications for this facility are through Summer in Italy. This is not a complaint. Luca's correspondence has been clear in directing me to the proper site. I just keep forgetting because I am tracking all of my reservations through VRBO. I also keep losing the password he sent me to access my reservation. Eventually, I will remember to refer to the correct place for this reservation. :)

Just so easy to book and staff are very attentive. In fact, the only company where we've felt it's a personal service.

Best booking website of all!!! Super easy to navigate, informative, clear, concise, and the ability to obtain a fast and accurate quote. Excellent support and assistance from the wonderful family-owned team who have personally visited every villa they feature. Luca was, and continues to be superb. He helped me to find the perfect villa for our needs and has patiently and quickly answered all of my questions.....highly recommend Summer In Italy.

It was so easy to make a reservation and I got a very nice email right away with lots of great suggestions for our vacation. Very friendly

This was my first experience with the Summer In Italy site and Trustpilot and I found the process, the verified reviews, and the customer service to be excellent. UPDATE: More recently, I emailed Summer In Italy for their recommended options on transport from FCO Rome to Praiano and they responded very quickly, they explained the logistics on shuttle train/fast train/buses etc. very clearly, and they also provided 4 unbiased options regarding private car transport. All their information was so useful and helpful. I'm looking forward to my stay in Praiano booked through Summer In Italy.

The best place to go to book a vacation in Italy! We have used them 4 times and have always been pleased with our stay!

Very good service regarding our bokking. Can't wait to be able to go and visit the villa in August.

Excellent service during reservation booking

So far they have been wonderful! We will be staying in one of their places in May, and the booking has been wonderful and timely. Thank you!

Luca and the staff of Summer In Italy are prompt, professional, and friendly. They are eager to ensure arrangements progress smoothly. Bravo!

Luca from Summer in Italy was truly great. I would definitely book through them again when visiting Italy. He was prompt and very helpful.

Booking was very simple, straightforward - no muss, no fuss. Follow-up once the initial booking request was submitted was also very prompt and complete.

We just signed up today but so far the interaction and attentiveness and customer service has been fantastic.
