Estafa total. Me han cobrado 91 euros por un producto cuyo precio final era 67 sin informarme antes del sobrecoste. Les he enviado multiples correos solicitando la anulación de la compra y el reembolso del dinero y no hacen ni caso, ni siquiera sé si llegaré a recibir el producto. Mucho cuidado, son delincuentes.

When my daughter and I visited the Stussy shop in London yesterday we were greeted by an unfriendly doorman who half explained that we had to scan a barcode and then complete our details. Upon doing this we’d enter a queue system and would be messaged when we could then enter the shop. We did this, received a message after about 20 minutes and went back. We were shunted into a queue and waited to be allowed in. Once entering the store it was surprising to see how little stock the shop contained. Very little range or range of sizes. The staff came across as ‘too cool’ to work, were unhelpful and seemed really not to care. Lastly, the sound track that was blasting out in the shop had continual explicit and offensive lyrics that were not appropriate for children. What a disappointment this experience was.

I did read the reviews and was skeptical about ordering, but my son insisted he had ordered before from Stussy UK and had no problem! I placed my order on the 6th December and it arrived the very next day with the Royal Mail 1st class option. I have to say brilliant service in my experience on this occasion.

Very poor customer service! Ordered quite a few items amounting to £610, however the delivery was left outside and went missing. Contacted Stüssy and was told I should give them 48hrs. 48 hrs then turnt into 6 weeks and now getting to 2 months with no resolution. They are now ignoring my emails. First time using them and shall not be recommending their online services as they do not even have a contact number.

Sent some t shirts back using Royal Mail rather than the return portal as I did not have access to a printer.

This has been confirmed as delivered and it’s actually been signed for but stussy customer service say they can’t do anything as the warehouse hasn’t confirmed it’s been returned yet. It’s literally been signed for by a stussy employee. Not sure why they can’t make a call or email to the warehouse to confirm this.

I had previously sent stuff back using the portal which was also very expensive. Won’t even buy a stussy top due to the customer service and rip off return costs.

I asked them to take this to a complaint in which I was told all I can do is contact my bank.

First off - nothing but love for the Stüssy stuff.
Also - wth are you people whinging about buying Converse and Nike Huarache stuff on Stüssy website, I've never seen anything but Stüssy stuff there. Maybe you're little confused ?

Bought a hoodie for my daughter on a Tuesday and it arrived the next day! Very impressive! Unfortunately, it didn’t fit so I returned it. I was a little worried because the reviews on here were dreadful but the refund came through 4 days after posting it. The only reason I haven’t given five stars is the cost of p&p and returns. £5 each way…cmon Stussy, surely you could offer free returns!

Ordered 2 Stussi T-Shirts at the weekend. Stussi are open Mon-Fri so I knew Stussi wouldn’t receive my order until Monday (yesterday). So yesterday email from Stussi said my order was now on the way! I then received an email from Evri yesterday saying they had my order and it was on the way. Today is Tuesday and order is here. Very good service. Very impressed.

Erg blij mee. Is de tweede keer dat ik hier bestel. Kwaliteit van de kleding is fijn en valt goed op maat. Werd (redelijk) snel geleverd.

Orderd on Wednesday and it got delivered on Monday next week so we’re fast shipping! Perfect size and all!

Ordered on a Monday night - delivered on the Wednesday. Prefect fit. I was dubious based on reviews but paying on credit card gave me some protection. Can’t fault them - check the sizes before ordering and you can’t go wrong. Will order again despite being wary first time.

If there was a 0 star review that would be too many. Sizing is difficult to work out. Returns in store with receipt only accepted within 7 days no credit note.

I ordered a t-shirt for my daughter. It cost £45 (yes, I know, £45 for a t-shirt!) and £5 shipping. However, upon receiving the t-shirt, it was too small. There was no option to exchange, even though there was a bigger size available, so I had to return for a refund.
I began the returns process (they only give you a 14 day window), and could not believe how mean this company is. You have to print the returns label yourself (so you better have access to a printer), but before you can print the label, they deduct £5 from your refund.

Of all the products you can buy on the internet, clothing and footwear are the trickiest to get right, even with good sizing charts, etc. Most companies charge something for delivery, but have a lower threshold than Stussy (you have to spend £150 with them to get free shipping!). Some companies offer free shipping or discount codes to incentivise customers. £5 is a lot for a t-shirt that was packaged in what was essentially a recycled card envelope.

Most clothing and footwear companies, aware of sizing difficulties or customers not being happy with the items they have chosen when they receive them, offer free returns. Many will even include a free returns label with the order. It's one thing to lose the postage costs, but to be penalised a further £5 for returning an item, is terribly bad customer service. Effectively, I have lost £10 on the whole transaction (i.e., I have only been refunded £40, but spent £50).

I have subsequently ordered this t-shirt from another retailer, who offer free returns. I shall not be using Stussy again.

I had ordered two throws and I was really super happy about it because it was sold out all the time but the next day I got an email saying that the order was cancelled the reasons were either there was no more stock or the invoice adress was wrong but the adress was right and if there is no more stock how come they let me order and then next day it was cancelled?

Delivery made promptly. I did have an issue with something however it was resolved swiftly by the customer service team. Thanks Stussy! Pleased with items.

Recieved Christmas present, cannot return items bought mode than 4 weeks ago. Returns only allowed until xmas eve on xmas gift!
Customer service ignore all attempts to contact.

Lots of bad reviews but my experience was good. Ordered a jacket from the website. It arrived on time, via Royal Mail, and is great quality
