So FINALLY got the plane that was sent out because the 1st went missing !!!
It arrived but it ruined my Sons birthday because a polystyrene plane arrived with NO wiring and NO remote so it's useless and he can't fly it even tho it was advertised as coming WITH a remote.
Thanks for ruining a young boys special day !!!

they will chase you to but the package... and after the payment... you will chase them for service... which will never be done. highly unsatisfied and prefer dieng.. don't give them work

Some how this company is able to except payment via layby. This makes it appear legit.

Sadly this couldn't be further from the truth. Over 2 weeks and still no item. I doubt I'll ever see it. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL HAVE NOTHING IN RETURN. DO NOT ORDER 🚫

I have placed an order of headphones through this website. It's been 2 weeks and till date I haven't get my tracking information. It's a pure scam i even emailed them with the order number and mail 2 days back till haven't get any respond. I don't know how these scammers are getting verified batch. Please avoid them its ana trap

Ordered item and selected next day delivery. Item not received and contacted seller with no response. Company appears to be con artists and I advise no one to buy from them.

Came on time,only problem they put the wrong house no and postcode,but lucky the postman new my name and delivered it to the correct address

Stronics were really helpful and professional in dealing with an issue I had. They got in touch with me immediately to resolve the problem which would have resulted in me potentially losing a lot of money. Last week Tuesday 22nd of February 2022, I made order for an iPhone 13 Pro 512GB Graphite with Laybuy and delivery option was for 2-4 business days. When I ordered the phone on the 22nd I called them to confirm my order was placed, they picked up and they confirmed saying it’s placed and they’ll post it the next day and I’ll receive it the next week. I emailed them the next day on Wednesday 23rd of February 2022, asking if I’ll get a tracking number and if the phone will be posted by Royal Mail, they responded later that day saying “Thanks for getting in touch about your order, it should be dispatched within 2-4 days from the day of the purchase. It will be sent via Royal Mail Next day delivery. Regards” so I was fine with that. The phone now gets posted on Friday 25th of February as I get an email with my tracking number saying it has been posted to my address. Monday 28th February 2022 the phone gets dispatched as I’m tracking it on the Royal Mail website and the delivery service is Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm. I get a text from Royal Mail saying my item will arrive Tuesday 1st of March. Tuesday 1st of March 2022 comes and the phone never arrived, the only thing that came was a letter with a picture of the iPhone and all the details of what I ordered from their website. So I call them that day and explained what happened, he said he’ll get back to me via call and email me with an update about my phone, that he has to inquire to their warehouse and see what the issue was. I said okay so I waited till the next day. 2nd of March comes now and I’ve not received any update nor phone call, I call back countless of times and no one answers, I email countless of times too but no one responds back whatsoever. This website and company is a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I’ve wasted £1,452.78 on their website and I’m stuck having to pay instalments with Laybuy when I don’t even posses the iPhone I bought. I’ve been emailing them and calling them since the 2nd of March, but no one picks up or responds back to me. They took my money and never posted my phone to me. I don’t understand what kind of a so called “trusted” company will scam a person like this, to the point where they only send a piece of paper and not the actual phone that I ordered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
