I reached out to Stowe when I was going through a really difficult time as a Mother and my little girl had been taken from my care by her father. The team at Stowe directed me to Nicola Beasley; an expert solicitor in maternal mental health. Nicola was understand, patient, and thorough. She left and leaves no stone unturned and has dealt with my case with such an expert way that has helped me be reunited with my daughter. She knows family law inside out and that has been paramount in supporting my daughter has consistent and stable care. Nicola is shrewd and can see flaws in the opposing parties opposition and with her knowledge and strategy, is able to tackle them head on. I would never ever recommend this firm.
They prey on people desperate for a good outcome for their families out of the UK legal divorce process, by cynically charging extortionate sums, and they have no shame about that at all. No better than scammers. I would never ever recommend this firm. They charged me £4000 for a limited piece of divorce advice and to help fill in two forms. That was it. The advice was lame: generic, un-insightful and non-committal. They didn’t tell me anything I didn’t know already. At no point did I feel they were on my side. I paid £4000 for some editing of two forms that I had already filled in. Overall they quoted, no joke, £100,000 to manage the whole child custody/ divorce process. And they didn’t guarantee anything or provide any kind of reassurance at all. They would have charged that, win or lose, and I don’t think they wouldn’t have cared either way. I would never ever recommend this firm.

My main contact was Judith Brock who was an absolute delight.
She kept in touch with updates and advice throughout and she was very proactive when the other party was being slow to respond. I felt in safe hands with Judith.

Legal Advice
The advice l was given was delivered in a relaxed and professional manner easy to understand and making me feel comfortable when talking complicated Spousal Maintenance issues.
