My luggage came very quick

Looking for luggage I could fix myself. Great value, Good construction. Next time I buy a piece of luggage. Which I hope is a long time from now, I'll look no further than stop-over-store.

Have ordered many times from the Stop-Over-Store with few problems. I simply cannot stand to place an order only to find out after the fact that a certain item isn't in stock and will be shipped at a later date. Simply unacceptable.

I received the package quickly. It was just as pictured. I wasn't sure if the wheels I ordered would work with my TravelPro suitcase because I did not know the model, but they fit perfectly and were extremely smooth.

I would recommend the product and Stop-Over Store to everyone. 5 Stars!

The Stop-Over Store exceeded my expectations in delivering a suitcase I ordered. I got my suitcase cheaper, because of free shipping, than if I ordered the suitcase directly from the manufacturer. I'm very pleased.

This was the second time I have ordered through the Stop-Over Store. My order of TravelPro luggage was handled smoothly, shipped fast and at a good price.

After 8 years hauling my Travelpro all over the world, it was still performing strong, but starting to look a little tired. I decided to get myself a new one and retire the old one as a back up. After a lot of positive reviews, I decided on the Crew 4 model. It is all I expected and more and I received it within a few days.

I needed new wheels for my suitcase, was able to easily find a pair on web page at a very good price. Was not 100% sure which to order so I called. Call was answered by a human and she quickly answered my questions and completed order. Delivered as promised.

The site was easy to use and received my order in 3 days!! The only thing I would have them change is have more/better detailed pictures for some of their bags!!

We received our replacement wheels for my wife's 26" Travel Pro bag. They fit perfectly. Jeff was such a pleasure to speak with regarding these wheels. He walked be through an identification process to make sure we got the correct wheels. I installed them in 10 minutes with no problem. We have several pieces of Travelpro luggage that are several years old. When I contacted Travelpro they said they did not carry the wheels we needed to replace. You would think that a company that puts a life time warranty on their product(s) that they would carry the parts...not so! I found your website using a search for the wheels I needed. You had a replacement and they are better than the original. I received them in the mail within a week. Thank you for great service!
