Sunny was friendly, courteous, and very professional, making the whole delivery process straightforward and hassle-free. It’s always refreshing to receive such great customer service. Delivered a day late, but I believe this was the seller's mistake with a late dispatch rather than the courier's fault. The delivery driver (named Nissan) was polite and helpful when unloading and called ahead of arrival which was appreciated.

I would like to take a moment to appreciate my delivery driver, Harman.
In the UK, delivery drivers are usually on a tight schedule and often cannot wait even a minute. However, Harman went above and beyond by waiting for us for more than 15 minutes without any complaint.
He was extremely polite, patient, and genuinely wanted to help. Since I had just moved into a new apartment, I didn’t know the building access code. Harman even tried a few call buttons so that someone could let us in, which was incredibly thoughtful.
Once we gained access, he carefully placed all the items safely inside the building entrance to ensure they wouldn’t be damaged or left unsecured.
Harman’s kindness, patience, and willingness to help truly made my day. Customer service like this deserves recognition, and I hope he receives the appreciation he deserves.

Great delivery, Harman was polite and worked very hard lifting very heavy materials. Had no cash to give him a tip, felt bad as worked very hard.

Super quick delivery, received a text and call before the item arrived and the driver helped me carry an heavy item to the first floor. Top class

My order was delivered by Harman. He was very easy to communicate with. I was not at the property but he managed to put the order inside the property with my instructions. This was much appreciated. Overall he was polite and super flexible and also had very good communication approach which is sometimes hard to find as I am fully refurbishing my house and had a lot of deliveries and some delivery drivers were not flexible at all.
