Mark the delivery driver was so helpful and I was worried about having my delivery as my husband was out and i knew the package was nearly 50kg, but I didn’t need to worry as Mark was so helpful by making sure I didn’t need to lift it as he did it all.

had a fantastic experience with Stop Start, thanks to Sean S and his colleague. The delivery was completely stress-free from start to finish. They were incredibly punctual, arriving exactly when expected and keeping me updated with clear text alerts so I didn't have to waste my day waiting around.Both of them were exceptionally helpful and courteous, going out of their way to make sure my items were safely placed exactly where I needed them. It is rare to find this level of teamwork, professionalism, and friendly customer care these days. They are an absolute credit to the company! I highly recommend their services.

Our recent delivery of bathroom ware was very prompt and professional with good communication and a friendly driver who showed real care about the items, took time to fuss our dogs and to place the items inside our home to our preferred location. Ordered a large delivery and my Delivery Driver was called Nissan. He contacted me in advance to let me know the time he was scheduled to arrive. He delivered promptly, and was polite and helpful. Very happy with the service.

Just delivered my new radiators I ordered from plumbworld.

If I could give Amrit 100 stars I would.

He was SO helpful and SO polite.

He took 3 very heavy radiators upstairs for me I couldn't even budget them along the hall.

He also took 2 big heavy radiators through my house and into my kitchen.

He was very respectful as I have 2 house cats that don't go out and I'm always scared they'll escape.

Last time one got out I was 5 HOURS looking for him.

Driver was so helpful above and beyond expectations

StopStart transport couriers were new to me, but found them super informative, polite and courteous driver who delivered to my porch within the stipulated two hour time slot and the driver updated with notice close to arrival. Great service compared to competitors.

Driver on time,made sure he didn't block driveways,courteous and relaxed,oh and parcels were put round back of property not kerbside brilliant.

My driver Sahil drove from Birmingham overnight to deliver my bathroom. He was helpful, explained my order calmly and placed it where I had asked him.
