Yet again this utterly deplorable organisation has failed spectacularly to address the multiple issues at our site,endless repetitive complaints about the same issues and despite Stonewater’s Stage 1 & 2 investigations into the complaints none of the redress that they claim they will do has ever been followed up!
As soon as you accept any form of compensation for their persistent failures,you can guarantee that none of the redress they propose in their investigations will be done!
Compensation for Stonewater is just an excuse to further delay attending to any the issues raised in a complaint! So you have to repeat the complaint yet again! It’s mentally exhausting repeating the same complaints over and over again!

As an example,we have had a major issue at our site with fly tipping for 9 months of 2025 so far,but the whole fly tipping issue goes back around 3 years! Stonewater believe it’s perfectly acceptable for residents to have to put up with fly tipping!
Every day leaving and returning home to what looks like some 3rd world ghetto is so depressing.
Yet despite multiple complaints,site meetings with Stonewater employees,endless amounts of photo evidence and what have Stonewater done to address this revolting fly tipping we see daily?

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING,is what they’ve done,the current mass of fly tipped rubbish was reported in April 2025 and now it’s November and the mass of rotting food waste,furniture,clothes etc gets ever bigger! Still at least it keeps the local vermin well fed!

Living with Stonewater as your landlord is an utterly depressing,demoralising,mentally exhausting experience and a full time job constantly chasing complaints and deciphering their ridiculous Stage 1 & 2 complaints which are rarely anything to do with what you actually complained about!

In the 10 years since they took over our once lovely place to live has been turned into an absolutely revolting dump,we won’t invite friends round as the site is so embarrassingly disgusting!

The past 4 years dealing with this abhorrent organisation has been a living nightmare,the fly tipping is the tip of the iceberg!
We even have complaints over 4 years old that Stonewater still haven’t done anything about,even though the same complaint has been raised multiple times in the 4 years!
You can report repairs and nothing happens,some of their contractors can complete the jobs without even getting out of their vans!
You can have meetings with Site inspectors and still nothing gets done!

So I implore any one thinking of Buying or Renting from Stonewater to research it thoroughly,don’t just use Trustpilot as the score is very misleading!
The safe,clean homes Stonewater proclaim to offer on their very smart website is worlds away from the disgusting,vile,untidy,repulsive state that we’ve been left to live in for the past 4 years!

I’ve never dealt with such an awful organisation in my life,if I treated customers the way Stonewater treats its residents,I wouldn’t have a job! Yet this organisation seems to carry on regardless with complete ignorance to the anguish it causes its residents!

Hi Matt,it’s down right disgusting that Stonewater can let residents live with this disgusting filth on our doorstep for 10 months out of 11 this year!

Nothing ever gets done.
You provide the logs.
They just don't seem interested.
In doing anything

You can ask but they won't tell you
Just claim they have sent out warnings
Or tell you to contact the police or environmental health
Anything to pass the buck to someone else

I have just started renting with stone water, the process has been easy with so much support given. Tracey Hilditch has been amazing and supported me with all of mine and my family’s needs. No problem was too much trouble.
