I paid 70.00 for one of your cross body handbags Beautiful shade of blue on outside .But when I pulled all the paper out I found that the inside material is loose causing everything to get tangled inside.I won't be buying one of these anymore. Very unhappy!

I used the purse I purchased for only a week and the strap broke leaving me with a useless purse.

I have been trying for two hours to talk to any human. I’ve got my phone number in my email and the slots provided nobody’s contacting me. All I want is how can I get a return slip? I want to send it back to the right place, I thought I ordered a mini, but it wasn’t. Everything is intact in the box in the purse. It’s plastic holder But no packing slip or return slip came with it. This company has you going in circles when you wanna contact it it just says please call whatever other real retailer you’ve ordered from or stay on the phone while I stay on the phone and then it goes back to telling me to call the other retailer. There is NO other retailer! I did that three times and quit. I’m not going to give up. I’m going to return this purse and get my money back and if it ends up being over 30 days that’s going to be too bad. I’ll somehow find a number since these people are not professionals and I will never do business with this company again. I’ve ordered many purses from them and thought they were good quality and a good company apparently that has changed.

i ORDERED A Hampton WALLET TO GO WITH MY Hampton PURSE WHICH I HAVE USED FOR 20 YEARS.
THE ORDER WAS IN PROCESSING FOR AN INORDINATE AMOUNT OF TIME AND WHEN IT ARRIVED IT SMELLED MNOLDY AND MUSTY TOTALLY UNUSABLE.
I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS HAPPE TO ME WITH Stone Mountain BUT THIS WAS INEXCUSABLE ESPECIALLY WHEN i HAD TO PAY SHIPPING TO RETURN IT.

Placed the order 9/23/2024, UPS didn't receive the package until 10/4/2024. All options at customer service gave the same voicemail message "we're away from our desk..."but no reply by phone or voicemail. Disputed the payment on 10/3/2024 at the bank and things started to happen and purse was suddenly shipped.
Service stinks and I question the authenticity of the company!

I bought a Stone Mountain purse, my sister said it was a good quality purse, but as it turns out it is not. I have been using it for about a week and already the little hook that holds the strap to the purse has broken. I will try to fix it. I am usually good at fixing things, but I shouldn't have to do it since I just started using it. I am so disappointed.

I ordered two purses for my wife to replace the current one that she has and loves. I received what I thought was the correct model and it wasn't. I was emailed by Geoff Donaldson telling me to return the purse and that they had discontinued the model that my wife liked, but he would search any remaining inventory to see if they might still have one. I was credited with over $200 on my credit card and couldn't get over the personal service that Geoff gave to me on this order. You don't find customer service representatives that go overboard to service and help their customers like he has done for me. My experience was exactly the opposite of one of the other reviewers. I don't know much about purses, but I do about customer service. I believe that I had at least 5 emails from him on this order.

I always bought Stone Mountain handbags for years. I purchased a new bag for $149.00 and the outside leather all peeled. The bag is in the garbage. It was unsightly and honestly embarrassing. Very mad and disappointed. Won’t buy again and that’s a shame!

Trying to order a purse from Stone Mountain and it was not in stock even though their website said it was.

So I tried to order a different purse and the order went through. I received an email from Geoff Donaldson both times.

When I stated to cancel the rest of the order (A Wallet) and have my credit card credited the next day, he responded "I advised the bank. If they don't put it through by tomorrow, sue them. Have a Happy Holiday".

This should tell you a lot about the company.

I bought a Stone Mountain bag in 2017 and used it as my main handbag for 2 years. Great purse! The only reason I got rid of it was because the inside lining was ripping. Totally reasonable for the amount of wear that bag got.
So disappointed with my latest purchase. I bought a new Stone Mountain handbag in February of this year. Its not going to make it another month. One of the handles is about to tear off. The logo label has popped off and left a round hole.
I treat my handbags very well. This purse was not made too heavy. I don't throw it around.
I really really liked the bag too. A practical yet stylish hybrid of tote and shoulder bag. Great size. Perfect amount of pockets. Nifty slot for phone.
But, sadly, its going in the trash.
Thankfully I bought it on sale. I'd be really irked if I had paid full price for it.
Stone Mountain handbags, never again.
