Stone & Earth Ltd Arvostelua

Stone&earth were absolutely fantastic. From the initial survey to the finished kitchen they were incredible. Great price, great advice on kitchens and then great instillation.
Turned up when they said, clean and tidied up they were a pleasure to have in my home.
As an interior designer I have high standards and they met those standards.
Thank you Stone&Earth, I will be highly recommending you to my clients. Susan

Very disappointing customer service and poor organisation.

I ordered new quartz worktops from Stone & Earth and paid 50% upfront, followed by the remaining balance in full a few days before the team came to template the kitchen, as requested.

Unfortunately, the experience since then has been extremely disappointing.

When the team initially came to remove the existing worktops, the plumber/gas engineer had not been booked to disconnect the services. This caused delays and meant the templating had to be rearranged once the disconnection was eventually completed.

As a 78-year-old, I was left without running water or gas in my kitchen for almost 2weeks, which has been extremely difficult and inconvenient.

When the team eventually came to fit the quartz worktops, the plumbing and gas engineer had again not been booked to reconnect the services. I was assured this would be sorted, so I waited in all day, only to receive an email later saying it would now be the following day.

I have also been very disappointed with the communication. I repeatedly asked for Lily to call me, but instead communication was mainly by email. At 78, I find this form of communication difficult and would much prefer to speak to a real person, particularly when there is an ongoing problem and a significant amount of money has been paid.

I feel the customer service was excellent up until the point I had paid in full. Since then, it has felt as though customer service has been virtually non-existent. I would expect my calls to be returned, particularly when I am trying to resolve an issue that has left me without essential kitchen services.

The actual templaters and fitters, along with the plumbing and gas engineers, were all absolutely lovely, professional and helpful. They are genuinely the only positive part of what has otherwise been a very frustrating experience.

I would not currently recommend Stone & Earth until they improve their organisation, time management and communication between the different trades involved in each project. There needs to be much better coordination to ensure that the right people are booked at the right time and that customers are kept properly informed.

When you are spending a considerable amount of money, you should not have to chase the company for basic communication or be left without water and gas for this amount of time.

From the very first point of contact, Lily and the team at Stone and Earth have been absolutely fantastic. After a couple of showroom visits and several emails, they expertly guided us through selecting and installing our new kitchen worktops.

Every single person we encountered was highly professional. The templating and installation teams deserve a special mention; they were incredibly friendly and completely dedicated to doing a flawless job. Lily was also exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout the entire process.

We are absolutely delighted with the final result. You get a truly high-end finish without the eye-watering prices. The showroom itself is lovely, with plenty of full displays and samples to browse... and it's dog-friendly, which was a great bonus!

We are so thrilled with our kitchen that we’re already booking them to replace our utility room worktops as well. A huge thank you to the whole team. Highly recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We recently had our new kitchen fitted by Stone and Earth in Bromsgrove, and we couldn't be happier with the result. From the very beginning, Chloe was fantastic. She helped us design the kitchen, offered great advice on the layout, colours, taps, handles, and every little detail that went into creating the finished look.

Nothing ever felt rushed, and Chloe's knowledge and guidance made the whole process straightforward and enjoyable. The finished kitchen has exceeded our expectations, and we're absolutely delighted with both the design and the quality.

We're so pleased with the experience that we've already decided to have Stone and Earth design and fit our utility room as well.

We would highly recommend Stone and Earth to anyone looking for a high-quality kitchen and excellent customer service..

Many thanks to Chole, Chris and the team.

Incredible service by Dave and the team. Very helpful and super responsive! Highly recommended and would definitely use again. 5* all the way

We would have no hesitation in recommending Stone & Earth to anyone considering a new kitchen and worktops.

The quality of the kitchen is outstanding, but what truly sets Stone & Earth apart is the quality of its people. Every member of the team we dealt with was professional, friendly and genuinely committed to delivering an excellent experience. We'd particularly like to recognise Kieran Haughton, Chris Elford and Lee Carmody, whose expertise, care and commitment made a real difference throughout the project.

From our very first meeting, Kieran took our fairly vague ideas and transformed them into a beautiful, practical design that stayed within our budget. He suggested features we hadn't even considered and went the extra mile to source samples and bespoke paint options that really brought the project to life. There was never any hard sell—just a genuine desire to create the right kitchen for us.

Chris managed the survey and installation, and his customer service was exceptional from start to finish. As with any major project, there were a few snagging issues, but Chris took ownership of everything and resolved matters quickly—even when the issues weren't Stone & Earth's making. His priority was always to ensure we were completely happy with the finished result, and we absolutely are.

We're also so pleased we chose the fully managed installation service. Having the same kitchen fitter from the removal of our old kitchen through to the final finishing touches made the whole process seamless. Lee was simply outstanding. His craftsmanship, attention to detail, professionalism and genuine desire to get everything just right made the experience a pleasure. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the quality of his work is exceptional.

We are absolutely delighted with both our new kitchen and the service we received. Stone & Earth genuinely feels like a family business that takes enormous pride in its work, its people and its customers. Choosing to support a local business was one of the best decisions we made, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stone & Earth to anyone looking for a company that genuinely cares about delivering an exceptional result.

Stone & Earth were recommended to me Andy at AMF Building Solutions. From the very beginning of the design process, Chloe brought ideas and possibilities that we had never even considered. Her expertise helped us make much better use of our space, both practically and aesthetically, resulting in a kitchen that perfectly meets our needs.
Chloe’s attention to detail was exceptional. She provided invaluable advice on colours, materials, tiles, and flooring, and we are absolutely thrilled with the choices she recommended.
The kitchen and worktops supplied by Stone & Earth are of outstanding quality. The worktop, in particular, is absolutely stunning and has become a real focal point of the room.
Chris worked closely with our project manager and fitter throughout the installation, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that materials were supplied exactly when needed. Chloe and Chris' support and professionalism helped make the entire process as stress-free as possible.
We are delighted with our new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Stone & Earth. We will definitely be returning for future projects.

Really impressed with the service here in particular from Jason who really looked after us - thank you Jason !

Stone & Earth were introduced to me by my building designers, Landseer. From our first meeting with Jason they provided great service and great products. The ceramic floor tiles were just what we wanted and the quartz worktops have finished off the kitchen installation to a very high standard. Jason, Lily and the whole team have made dealing with the company a pleasure. I commend them and would recommend them to anyone looking at their kitchen development needs.

Great place , ordered a kitchen worktop with Dave. Really helpful and top notch h quality

Will be ordering again

Really happy with my Quartz table top from here. Service was quick, affordable and perfect quality! Dave was really efficient dealing with the order very fast responses. Definitely reccomend!

Earth and Stone did an outstanding job from start to finish. The quartz kitchen countertop they provided and installed looks absolutely beautiful, and the quality of the workmanship is top‑notch. Their team was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced — the installation was smooth, precise, and completed on time.

On top of the great service, their pricing was extremely fair compared to other quotes I received. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both excellent craftsmanship and great value, but Earth and Stone truly does.

I’m extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new countertops or stonework. A fantastic experience all around. Thank You All

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

The piece of stone for my table is exactly what i am hoping for – high quality, beautifully finished, and fits perfectly. You can tell real care has gone into it.

Dave was excellent throughout. Super efficient, easy to deal with, and kept everything straightforward with great communication. The whole process was smooth and quicker than expected.

Couldn’t be happier with the result – would highly recommend.

From design, to sourcing specific and sometimes unusual materials and fittings, ( the copper bath and the Onyx and light fittings) to the installation and completion of our bathroom project, Stone & Earth have excelled and I would highly recommend them. The quality of their work is exceptional, especially the cutting and finishing of the Marble and Onyx, and the mitres and joints. The follow up and aftercare to ensure I was completely satisfied with the project was professional and diligent. Photos to appear on their website in a month when decoration is complete.
