Steepletone Arvostelua 

Bought a trendy novelty item which I loved. Unfortunately it stopped working within guarantee period. Contacted Steepletone who were very helpful & supportive & resolved the matter within days.
I had contacted them prior to this with a question about my item and received a quick and helpful response. Would buy from here again.& recommend them.

We had occasion to visit the company on 2nd May to leave our music centre for repair whilst visiting friends in the area. We went for some lunch and then came back to find our music centre fully repaired at a reasonable price. Your customer service and the employees involved were amazing. Thank you

A UK company that's been around since 1973, I contacted them to enquire about obtaining a service manual for my record player that needed attention as one of the speakers was not working. I bought it 2cd hand on Ebay and the company got straight back to me and sent me a circuit board diagram by email. Also they gave me a number to call should I need further assistance. What a great customer service, if only all companies did that.

I am in the market for a decent music centre, but it appears you now have two options open to you a second hand music centre from one of the bidding sites, or from what appears to be the market owner Steepletone, as no other builders are botherring to much with this side of the sale system, so after trauling through Steepletones offerings I settled on one of there systems top bracket around £500, right so I make contact and I ask what output does this system deliver, answer it has a very good sound, chrisp and clear, question that is not what I asked you, so let me put it another way what output watts per channel does the system deliver and what is the RMS level, to much question obvoiusly there sales have no ideal on what I was asking, Answer well it does give 15 watts max, question is that per channel or over all and the RMS? Answer 15 watts a channel RMS not answered, it was at this point I gave up realising this person really had no idea and the system was is rubbish and not worth the money, Steepletone systemsd are over price rubbish and there service staff have no idea. Avoid.

I bought my 15 year old son a record player for his birthday in February. Less than 6 months old and it stopped working. I contacted Steepletone, sent them videos or what was wrong. They sent me an email of things to try however these did not work. I contacted them and informed them of this to be told I can send it to them for it to be fixed however I have to pay the cost of shipping to and from. I live in Ireland, this is the worst company ever and I will never buy another product from them.

I purchased a modular music system from this company (Capitol Wood 2) and it cost me £400. To me, as a pensioner on a basic pension, that is rather a lot of money; however, I am disabled and housebound and so have little in the way of entertainment in life, my television and music being all I have.
The system began to malfunction and so I contacted Steepletone by phone and politely explained the fault to the recipient; however, he hung up on me. I phoned them again and the recipient of that call was a bit of a know-it-all, telling me it was due to a faulty CD and/or USB device and not their system. Very disappointing.
I cannot afford the expense of returning the item, nor could I get it to the post office to send it off to them anyway, due to my age and disability.
